I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the lab during my recent visit. I was informed that I would need to wait approximately 30 minutes, as I would be accommodated in between scheduled appointments. I understood this and agreed to wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost two hours while experiencing significant pain in my lower abdomen, which was the reason for my clinic visit. During this time, I was instructed to drink a large amount of water and continued waiting in discomfort. Despite the staff being aware that I was in pain and seeing my condition, I was repeatedly ignored and not given any updates or assistance. I understand that clinics can be busy, but waiting for such an extended period while in pain, without proper communication or consideration, was very distressing. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and service provided. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve patient care in the future.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Ahmed Fathy Hassn enough. He fixed my hernia and also removed a previous mesh repair that another surgeon had placed unnecessarily. Can you please look at the requirement of visiting the cashier after doctor visit. As a process once we are done with the doctor, we need to visit the cashier before leaving but for certain insurance it is completely covered and if it is not covered nurse always informs on the additional charge. If there is no payment you shouldnt be asking the people to queue up for cashier because you already have a long wait and just to get a stamp on the registration paper and a acknowledgment of nothing is required we are expected to wait 10-15 minutes.

The hospital services were excellent. When I met the doctor, he understood my issue immediately, and the X-ray results confirmed exactly what he explained. He prescribed medicines and a gel, which really helped with my recovery, and I am feeling much better now. One thing I noticed was that the recommended calcium medicine was different from what I received, and I was a bit confused about whether it was changed. Apart from this, the overall treatment and care were fantastic.

I paid for the sick leave attestation in the morning and they said I will receive by email, now it is evening time and not received yet, I called the call center, nothing happened. I had while I am sick to go again to the center to see what's wrong and there they are not even sure if the request for my sick leave was made or not!!!!!!!
