I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my first BBL (BroadBand Light) face treatment with Kaye! After just two session, the dryness of my skin is completely gone, and my skin now has a beautiful, healthy glow. My appointment was scheduled at 6:40 PM. Due to traffic while traveling from Sharjah to the clinic, I arrived slightly late at 6:55 PM. A male nurse did not allow me to directly see the doctor and advised me to wait for one hour. When I eventually saw the doctor, I was asked to undergo an X-ray. After the X-ray, I had to wait again for approximately 20 minutes. The doctor informed me that everything looked fine and prescribed a gel to apply along with painkillers. However, I am concerned because I am still experiencing shoulder pain, and I am unsure why the pain persists if everything appears normal. Additionally, the male nurse informed me that physiotherapy approval would take approximately three days.

Despite having a booked appointment , had to wait for 20 mins . And the Dr rushed us out of her cabin in 10 mins. We came from Sharjah all the way to see a female Indian pediatrician, and this is the service we got despite having a booked appointment. There was zero personal attention , rushed conversation, and unnecessary jumping to the conclusions without hearing the details of our child . I hope this service improves and the doctors gets trained to give personal care and attention to every parent and child. Thanks

I had a C-section with Dr. Moradi. My water broke during the night, and I went to the labor room, where she examined me and explained that both a natural delivery and a C-section were possible. I chose to proceed with the surgery. It was my first time meeting her, but she explained everything clearly and made me feel calm and reassured. She is very professional and experienced. The operation went well, and I felt good afterward. My recovery was smooth as well.

All staff are very friendly and professional. Doctors are VERY busy and my doctor spared max 7 mins for me, she didn’t tell me anything-what to do or not to do- unless I’ve asked. Noone asked about my other conditions or if i am using any medicine etc. She said she would call me the same day after my blood test and xray results and noone called me. I’ve called the day after only finding out that the doctor is off.
