I was overcharged by a lot and was wondering if your pricing has increased. I’ve been your patient for over 20 years and I have never been charged this much. In fact, I’ve always been given discounts. Kindly update me on your revised prices (if any) so I can decide whether to continue to opt for your services, or change my clinic. Thank you.

Very bad, they register with wrong insurance which cause to pay more co payment, and i try to explain to the cashier he didn’t listen or take any action.

Extremely incompetent staff. They punched in wrong codes for the lab test and took less payment (of which I am oblivious as according to me I have payed the full amount) then they call and inform me that we have held back one of your results as the payment is not complete. I was suffering with a sick child and they hold back my results for a mistake made by them and then they send someone’s personal account details to ask me to pay of which I am unsure of it authenticity.
