I was referred to Doctor Sanjay as there was microscopic blood (minimal) in my urine test last week. Since I had done an ultrasound after the test result was out, doctor suggested a procedure would be recommended to look for any cyst and it is only after another test result is done by next week. Doctor Sanjay was pleasant and explained every option and treatment possible to put my mind at ease in the near future. His diagnosis was spot on and he kindly guided me what steps to take in case my bladder needs further investigation. He was clear and answered all my questions with kindness and empathy. My visit to Dr. Bhat was a very comforting and an extremely good experience, starting from reception, his nurse Ed, the doctor himself and Vinoth who did US. Dr. was attentive, he was very detailed, and he addressed all my questions and took good care of me. Ed was super helpful. They did a couple of processes and were to my satisfaction. There is room for improvement on the insurance approval thing because, in my situation, there was no need for insurance approval because I was very much within the limit. The staff attending the insurance matter could have been much more attentive.
