I recently visited Prime Hospital, Dubai during a very challenging period due to a serious urological condition. From my first consultation, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care provided by Dr. Issam AlMajdalawi, Consultant Urologist, and his nurse, Aaron. Their strong collaboration and patient-focused approach made a significant difference throughout my treatment journey. Following a series of thorough diagnostic tests, Dr. Issam clearly explained my condition to me, including my severe prostate enlargement, bladder compression, blood test results, prostate size, and urine flow metrics. He reassured me that the condition was not cancerous and carefully outlined all available treatment options, helping me make an informed decision to proceed with Rezum therapy to restore my quality of life. The procedure was carried out professionally under Dr. Issam’s supervision. Although I experienced temporary mobility issues upon waking from surgery, Dr. Issam was present to calmly explain the procedure, the observations made during surgery, expected side effects, and the recovery process. His reassuring manner, clinical expertise, and compassionate communication gave me great confidence and peace of mind. During my two-night stay, I was supported by a dedicated nursing team who demonstrated exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would particularly like to acknowledge Jet, Jan, and Jinci Shaji, whose kindness and support stood out. All other nursing staff were equally attentive and professional. Following surgery, I unfortunately developed a post-operative infection and experienced severe pain and swelling. The emergency team, including Dr. Amjad and Dr. Omar, responded promptly and professionally. Despite Dr. Issam being overseas at the time, the medical team consulted him to ensure the most appropriate and informed treatment decisions were made. I felt truly cared for during this difficult moment. Today, I am recovering well, my symptoms have significantly improved, and my quality of life has been restored. I am deeply grateful to God and to all the doctors, nurses, and staff who supported me throughout this journey. My sincere and special thanks go to Dr. Issam AlMajdalawi and Aaron for their outstanding care, professionalism, and dedication.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience my son and I had during our visit to Prime Medical last night. Upon arrival, we were waiting for more than 20 minutes for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure and other preliminary details. During this time, I was seated in the waiting area with my son. I observed the nursing staff engaged in personal conversations among themselves, while patients continued to wait. What was most concerning was that a family who arrived after us was allowed to enter directly before us. One of the nurses clearly saw that I had arrived earlier and was waiting for my turn, yet no action was taken. As a frequent patient of Prime Medical, I did not expect such rude and unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I tried to enter Dr. Geetika’s room when my turn should have come. However, a lady nurse stopped us very rudely and allowed another family to enter, stating they had an appointment. This entire situation was handled without proper communication or courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my child. The only positive aspect of this visit, as always, was the behavior of Dr. Om Prakash. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and the care he provides. He consistently treats patients with respect and prescribes medication appropriately based on the health condition. His conduct reflects the standard of care I expect from Prime Medical. I humbly request the management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the nursing staff, so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken.

Writing this with a heart full of gratitude. From day one of my pregnancy, Dr. Aida Al Khatib has been nothing short of exceptional. She didn’t just listen — she truly heard me. Every concern, every fear, every tiny symptom… she took it all seriously. Tracked my progress. Tracked my baby’s progress. Calmed me when I spiraled. Reassured me when Google tried to scare me. And considering this was a high-risk pregnancy (gestational diabetes + high blood pressure + third C-section after a long gap), her care meant everything to me. She made sure I followed every precaution, every step, every check. Never rushed me. Never dismissed me. Always present. Always kind. I was TERRIFIED going into my third C-section. High risk. Now, 10 days postpartum — Alhamdulillah — I feel like I’m already back on my feet. Energised. Strong. Almost like nothing even happened. That’s how clean, smooth, and well-managed everything was. Also a huge thank you to her wonderful assistant, Nurse Sheeja — the quiet superhero behind the scenes. Making sure all documents were ready, appointments smooth, and pregnant women (who already have zero patience left 😅) don’t have to wait long. If you’re pregnant and reading this — Dr. Aida is your person. Your safe space. Your calm in chaos. Your best decision during this beautiful yet overwhelming phase. I 100/100 recommend her. Truly. Forever grateful 🤍

I had an appointment today with the urologist Dr. Abu Talib, who sits at the Arabian Center branch of Prime Medical. I visited him, saw his face, exchanged a couple of words. He asked me two questions and prescribed an ultrasound and a test. However, the doctor who was supposed to perform the ultrasound was not available, and I was told to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow wasn’t possible for me due to other commitments. I mentioned I would consult another doctor. At that point, he told me I had to pay for the consultation charges, despite not prescribing any medicine or providing any treatment. On top of that, he spoke to me very rudely. You can check my history—I’ve been using Prime Medical for a long time, including the Nadha branch, Arabian Center branch, Al Warqa branch, and Prime Hospital. You can check this under my registration number. I felt extremely bad about how the doctor behaved. Then, Mr. Ala helped me, and I consulted Dr. Saboor Rizvi Syed at the Prime Medical Reef Mall branch. Please ensure you follow up with the doctor to understand why he behaved so disrespectfully toward me.

The same level of care continued postpartum—he made sure to guide us every step of the way, offering support, clarity, and reassurance whenever needed. When I was given injection the nurse dropped some liquid side on the floor. I said oh ! Bus she picked it up and continued. Needle was in my arm but syringe side should have replaced.. it’s still not acceptable. It’s too late. What responsibility will you take if I get infected. I’m very much concerned. Some nurse are so good. It’s my first time that I saw her. About cashier. I’ve been requested invoice for sick leave. I spoke to the cashier who is philipina process my payment right after finished my payment. I waited whole day nothing find in my email. I called via phone call for three time. Still haven’t find any. I emailed help desk and no reaction. I AM STILL WAITING INVOICE FOR SICK LEAVE!!! WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Usually I understand they are busy it’s understandable. But this time multiple things … it’s terribly bad.

My emergency case (severe or acute allergy due to food allergy) yesterday provides as one of the strong dedication and passion of Dr. Maria Sagun on helping and ensuring her patient received an utmost care and appropriate medical steps. Thank you very much Dr. Maria and staff for unwavering care and demonstrations of utmost service to your patients. This is main reason, although I am currently residing in Abu Dhabi, I am willing travel for hours, as I am sure that I will receive the proper medical care and advise.

She is smiling, incredibly positive, friendly, a super listener and qualified. I felt immediately so confident and comfortable as doctors Sobia understood my concerns, and I started the treatments after receiving a very detailed report. Dr. Sobia was with me during the whole process and continuously checking on me and making sure I was well taking care of during the IV drop procedures. No doubt the service of the clinic is excellent and they used high quality products.
