I had a very disappointing experience at Prime Medical Centre, BurJuman. I stay in Dubai Hills and visited this branch only based on a doctor recommendation from a relative. My appointment was at 17:15, and as advised, I arrived early at 16:45. I was also the first patient in line. While the first nurse took my vitals, I had to remind her to take my temperature, which should be a basic and standard step. I eventually saw the doctor only at 17:30, despite being the first appointment. Post consultation, I was informed that certain tests required insurance approval. I clearly told the nurse to proceed regardless, as I was prepared to pay if not approved—especially since the scan required a full bladder and I was already uncomfortable. Despite this, there was no sense of urgency or accommodation from the staff. As expected, approvals did not come through for all tests, but the handling was very rigid and unhelpful. On top of this, payment processing took another 30 minutes. Throughout this entire time, neither the nurse nor the doctor checked in to see if I was okay or needed assistance. The whole experience felt extremely transactional rather than patient-focused. In the end, despite spending significant time there, I had to leave at 18.45 after 2 hrs ordeal without completing the tests—even after approvals and payments were initiated—which is unacceptable. This branch seriously needs to improve coordination, responsiveness, and basic patient care standards.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Prime Medical Center Ajman. My daughter and I have been visiting for several years, and this is not our first time with Dr. Vishal. We truly appreciate the consistent quality of care we receive. From the registration process to the consultation, everything is well organized. I would especially like to thank Nurse Kris for her kindness and professionalism. She always greets us with a warm smile, speaks gently, and makes my daughter feel comfortable during every visit. Her support in guiding us through the process—from initial checks to assisting us toward the cashier—is truly appreciated. A special mention to Dr. Vishal, who is an excellent doctor with great manners. He always explains everything clearly, step by step, and ensures that proper tests are done before prescribing any medication. I truly value that he does not rush into giving antibiotics without confirmed results. He treats both me and my daughter like family and always provides the best possible care. We visited for follow up visit with eye Dr at prime hospital normally we are seeking medical consultation related to glucoma since last 3 years from different medical facilities and some one recommended to get second opinion from here , my concern is not about Dr but about the management normally why u visit Dr to get ur vision check and pressure check but it’s very strange and surprising that first time in my life this is the first hospital who charge to check eye pressure and explaining to me that this is not consultation it’s procedure and they are not accepting this mistake and already claim co payment from me . I am very disappointed with the way customers service advisor handling these issues. This is not my first visit no single hospital claim extra for follow up what they did today under follow up visit , I have to think several time for any future consultation if arise as I left very disappointed .

I have been a loyal visitor to Prime for years with Doctor Louay, but my recent experience with Dr. Zafer was very disappointing and concerning. ​Excessive Costs: I came for one reason, yet I was pressured into unnecessary blood, urine, and ultrasound tests. The visit felt overly commercial and focused on making me spend money on services and medicine not covered by my insurance. At the end, he give me some medication for another issue and never came back to my original reason. ​Medical Risk: Most importantly, the doctor insisted I buy an external herbal supplement. Even after I warned him I take Warfarin, he claimed it was safe. My cardiologist has since told me this medicine is dangerous for my condition. ​I no longer feel confident with this Doctor. I expect my medical history to be taken seriously to avoid such dangerous advice in the future. Appreciate keeping my feedback as confidential.

Dear Sir, Although the treatment is ongoing, it did take a lot of time to diagnose the issue and further not still sure on why i am having bloating and skin patch problems despite me asking the doctor several times. I know there are medical experts who can diagnose and treat the issue with immediate results. That way i find this doctor to be too slow in grasping and coming to a sold conclusion on result and i have had to go through a lot of medications which not sure is really required. Lot of improvement needed on this level from this doctor
