The center truly felt like home for a month. Celine was the first person I came across as referred by my surgeon here in fujairah. She always replies on time and helps me out to speed up the process of my initial consultation as my insurance is near expiry. It's heartwarming being treated by courteous staff, Alfredo and his greetings, whenever we arrive/leave. Along with receptionist Jesan, Charisa and the rest who've all been so helpful. Warmest thanks to the entire radio theme (Annie, Catherine, Victoria, Farhana, Hima) who've always been so positive, the smiles, daily care, and their passion and dedication for what they do, ensuring my comfort all the time from assisting me into getting up from the bed, to handing me a blanket when feeling cold during sessions. Same goes for the 3 young ladies Abegail, Faith, Jayanne who are always so energetic and supportive. Special thanks to Nurse Nilanka, who is so attentive to our queries and handling our turns during waiting. Also Vipin, in charge of transport, who never misses to remind me of my transport request and makes everything easier. My sincere appreciation to Dr Ismael. No one gives a better and clearer explanation of the treatment and procedures than Dr Ismael. His comforting words, detailed explanations, his encouraging smile all thru out the check ups are just the perfect reassurance. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Batool as well for her for positive energy and support. Very cool doctor even though I just met her twice. I couldn't thank the center enough for all that its done for me. You are all wonderful people!

I am a regular visitor at Prime but my experience today was deeply disappointing. I booked the appointment via the app and it showed that the doctor had many slots free. I booked an appointment at 3pm. When I arrived at 3, everything for fine until I had to meet the doctor. I had to wait for 50mins because there was no system followed and patients were walking in and out of the doctors office without an appointment. I waited patiently and when I met the doctor, I expressed my concern. Instead of apologising, she got defensive and said that Opthalmology is like that and I need to be prepared to wait. She also mentioned that my appointment time was 10mins and she spent more than 10mins with me so I can't question her. The nurses are brilliant but the attitude of the doctor was deeply disgusting and very rude. She is not an ER doctor to handle emergencies. She needs to honor appointments. And when a patient is expressing a concern, she can't get defensive and speak in a tone that upsets me. I would never visit Dr. Diljit again Sylvia

I had an appointment today with Dr Reema Shuja in prime medical in sharjah al qasimia. I describe her my symptoms. I was having headache, shivering and throat discomfort. And I ask 2 days sick leave. And her reply surprise me a lot. That I don't have symptoms. And she can give me only 1 days sick leave but not 2. I clearly explain her symptoms. And she said to me that there is no symptoms. I understand another person can not feel the same but no need to assume that I am fine. And I am not taking this sick leave from her or asking her to pay for it. I am paying myself. And not giving me the sick leave because in her opinion not enough symptoms is very disappointed. It's unprofessional. I am feeling bad myself and need 2 days to recover. Very upset with this service. It's not first time. Last time I also beg her to give 2 days. She can not just assume like that. How really the patient feeling. Very disappointed. With this doctor

Visited the dentist for cleaning, check a moving tooth, filling, and extraction. I co-paid (insurance covered) for consultation and 2 x-rays. No cleaning, no tooth filling, no extraction, just referred to another dentist in another branch. It wasn’t logged in the doctor’s and was sent to cashier and reception. Went to the reception to have it scheduled, receptionist was busy. So I asked, hoping they’d get the hint of assisting me because I was in front of them and they’re serving no one else, “can I book it through your call centre?”. The male receptionist looked and said “yes”. So i walked away, and a few steps away only did he offer, “but i can book it for you here, but you can also call”. It was as if he is too busy for other things instead of the patient in front of him. This is a bit frustrating. Because no service was done, i spent for basically nothing. And was badly served.

the Dr Rayan Salih was really welcoming and listened to my concerns and did the needful.Today, 11th I went in for a follow up with the dr and for an extension of the sick leave. The consultation and everything went well but at the cashier today the staff was rude and I was asking him to provide me with the sick certificate so that i could get the attested certificate from mohap but he told me he cannot give me the sick certificate like that and was so impatient and rude and stressed on making the payment. he told me the sick certificate that is used to get the attested certificate must be also attested. giving false information and deviating things is not a good gesture from the front end staff. however , I paid and left without arguing since i was already tired and exhausted from my illness. I had a very positive experience with the doctor Adnan Abu Hammour . He is extremely attentive and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to ask about every small and major detail, carefully focusing on each symptom with very precise questions. This level of attention allows for a deeper analysis of the symptoms and helps in reaching an accurate diagnosis. I highly recommend him. I would also like to thank Anas Al Wujood at the reception. She was very kind, supportive, and cooperative. When I explained my struggle with my digestive system, she truly tried to help and managed to find me an appointment. I really appreciate her care and support.

My dental visits have been a challenge lately, so I skipped my bi-monthly appointments with my previous dentist. The drilling was unpleasant, and the experience was discouraging. However, Dr. Emelee Jean manages to make it bearable and not a terrifying experience. She has a gentle touch and genuinely cares about our well-being and comfort. Her bedside manner is excellent. She thoroughly explains everything before the procedure, prioritizing the issues that need to be addressed and involving us in the process.
