I would like to share my recent experience at the pharmacy, which has been quite disappointing on two separate occasions. At the clinic, I was advised that due to my age, I should not wait in the queue for a coupon and instead proceed directly to the counter. However, on both visits, when I followed this instruction and presented the slip given by the clinic cashier, the pharmacy staff refused to assist and asked me to go back and take a coupon. When I explained that I had been specifically instructed not to stand in the queue, my request was still not acknowledged. This puts me in an uncomfortable position where I have to repeatedly explain myself to different staff members each time I visit. On both occasions it was male staff. This experience has been frustrating and, frankly, quite humiliating. As a suggestion, it would be helpful if the clinic reception could provide a clear indicator—such as a stamp or marking on the slip—to identify priority customers. This would avoid confusion and ensure a smoother, more respectful experience for elderly patients. I hope this concern is addressed to improve the process for others as well.

We have been visiting this center for past 6-7 years and it’s was always a good experience, but now there have been some staff changes which is not in a good way, the receptionists are mostly now Arabs always talking to each other. In my last visit i had a bad experience with ghe accountants, they had no information about the vaccine and told me wrong price , as this was my daughter’s 3rd and last dose of same vaccine and i knew the price i corrected them, while standing there they wrongly charged a person a later when he came again with some prove they apologised him and returned his money, but again they asked me to pay 25% of lab and radiology charges along my insurance, which was unusual to me as my insurance clearly says nil copayment for these services . So i had to open my insurance virtual card to show it to them and again they were like sorry sorry it was a mistake. What kind of attitude is that wasting our time. In pharmacy the waiting time was also very long i had to wait 40 minutes just for 1 medicine already covered from insurance.

DentalDate is a perfect place for all dental treatments. I have done my root canal treatment by Dr. Vera Demidova. Issues with root canal are extremely unpleasant and cause lots of pain but Dr. Vera did a perfect job performing every step very gently, meticulously, thoroughly. In spite of my complicated case I felt that I was in safe hands. Can highly recommend Dr. Vera as a highly experienced dentist. I chose this clinic first for my child’s orthodontic treatment. After visiting several clinics for consultation I felt that in DentalDate the approach is the most professional when it comes to difficult case. Dr. Lilia explained all the stages, that it would not be quick to achieve a perfect stable result. My child is still in the process of treatment with wonderful Dr. Rita. Need to mention also an overall perfect service as soon as you enter the clinic: always very welcoming reception team, nice choice of drinks (tea, coffee and perfect matcha) from Hanileen.

This is the first time I am providing feedback, and I felt it was important to share my experience. The consultation with the doctor did not meet our expectations, particularly as it was for my 6-year-old son. There was a lack of clear explanation and guidance, and the overall interaction did not provide the level of reassurance or direction that a responsible parent would typically look for during such consultations. Based on this experience, I do not intend to consult this doctor again. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the patient experience going forward.

I have visited several different branches of PRIME Medical Centers, and I would like to raise a concern about the Motor City branch. There is a very strong scent in the facility, which can be overwhelming. I have tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, as strong fragrances in a medical environment can trigger various types of allergies and sensitivities. I kindly request that the use of aroma diffusers be reconsidered, especially since some patients visiting the neurologist may already be suffering from nerve-related sensitivities or irritation
