My family and I have been loyal patients at Prime Medical for over five years , and Dr. Michael has been our regular Orthopedic doctor during this time. However, the treatment we received during our visit today was nothing short of disrespectful and unprofessional. The Incidence details are as follows - While we were still discussing our medical concerns, Dr. Michael abruptly wrote a prescription, picked up his personal belongings, and walked out of the room without any explanation or closure. As patients, we expect the allocated 15–20 minutes for our consultation to be respected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The behavior of walking away from consultation room while patients are still there was completely inappropriate, especially in front of my wife, child, and elderly father. We were left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and deeply disrespected. This is not acceptable - a doctor cannot treat patients this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expect Prime Medical to take immediate action to ensure that such behavior is addressed, and that patients are treated with the respect they deserve.

I’ve been a frequent visitor for nearly 15 years at Prime MC Arabian center. This was my first time at the 06 mall branch since my recent move. Overall staff interaction was good although the speed at which they work could be improved. My main dissatisfaction was Dr. Khalida. She was not friendly or comforting. She did not explain my diagnosis or my treatment. She dismissed me quickly without listening to me, I assumed it was due to her shift end. The chairs placed for patients to sit in her room were so far away from her desk, it was inconvenient to speak as I had a very bad throat and could not speak loudly. I doubt she heard anything I said and I had to keep repeating myself when it was painful to speak as it is. I have never experienced a doctor to be so distant and disinterested in their patient

Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

I have been a patient of Dr. Maria for 4 years. She was recommended to me by another doctor friend to help with menopause symptoms following poor experiences with other doctors. Dr. Maria is very knowledgeable and showed great empathy. I felt like someone really understood what I was going through for the first time. She immediately got me onto the correct HRT which alleviated all my symptoms and improved my quality of life. She makes me feel at ease during routine appointments as opposed to feeling embarrassed. The team at Gyneco as very welcoming, friendly and professional. They are always available to assist. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Maria to others.

Dr Prashant Sharma is a fantastic doctor. We rate him very very highly. However, I am against the practice of the hospital sending the prescription directly to the pharmacy. It should be made available at the time of consultation. It should be our choice where we want to go. Some of us don’t have the time to wait in long lines and this forces us to choose your pharmacy over another one which delivers to our home. I don’t like such practices! I regard them as an unethical or unnecessary practice. No client should be forced to choose a pharmacy as it should be our choice based on convenience and time. That said, I like Prime Hospital. I only dislike the practice.

Just waste of time, as in my previous 2 visits with Dr.Fahad was best as he explained and understand my problem very well, compare to it visiting to Ortho was just waste of time as he dont understand the pain i am telling him that i am having pain while walking and my bones are making sound but he just say nothing and says if i wants he can arrange the appointment for Physiotherapy.
