I had a really great experience with my orthodontic treatment and I’m genuinely grateful for the results. Before starting, I visited several other dentists who told me my case was too complicated due to crowding and that I would need to remove 2–3 teeth. It made me feel discouraged and honestly quite worried about the entire process. When I came here, the experience was completely different. I was met with confidence and reassurance from the very beginning. I was told clearly not to worry, that my case could be handled without removing any teeth, and that we could go ahead with treatment. That level of confidence and clarity made a huge difference, not just for me but for my parents as well, and helped us make the decision to start without hesitation. The entire process was much smoother than I expected. While I was initially told it might take around 18 months, my treatment was completed earlier, around 14–15 months. The discomfort was always manageable, and everything was explained clearly along the way. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency. All costs were explained upfront, including any potential future procedures, and there were absolutely no hidden charges. The focus was always on necessary treatment only. I was never encouraged to do anything extra or unnecessary. In fact, I was told that braces are a treatment, not a cosmetic shortcut, which really showed the honesty and ethics behind the care. The clinic itself is very clean and well-organized, and appointments were always on time despite how busy it is. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, which made every visit comfortable. Throughout the process, I felt like I was treated as a person, not just another case. My treatment plan was adjusted based on my progress, and I was always guided properly, especially when it came to maintaining good oral hygiene. That guidance really helped me stay consistent and improve my habits long-term. Toward the end of my treatment, I also had a minor gum procedure and follow-ups for retainers. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, including small fixes that were done very quickly. There was clear attention to detail, and I was told that since this is a long-term result, it should be done as close to perfect as possible. One of my biggest concerns going into braces was the condition of my teeth afterward. I had heard from others that they experienced damage, stains, or other issues. However, that was not the case at all for me. My teeth are healthy, clean, and in excellent condition. Even procedures that I thought I might need later, like fillings, turned out to be unnecessary. Now that my braces are off, I feel much more confident. I smile more, take more photos, and the difference between my before and after is honestly shocking. Many people even think I got veneers because of how good the results look. My parents were also extremely happy with the outcome. I also started my treatment a bit later than most, and this experience showed me that braces are not something to delay unnecessarily. They are a proper treatment, and starting at the right time makes all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend him to anyone considering orthodontic treatment. I’ve already recommended him to a family friend who is also very happy, and my family continues to recommend him as well. I will definitely continue to visit him for any future dental care. Truly grateful for the care, honesty, and results.

I first met Dr. Nageena in November 2023, and since then our journey with her has been truly transformative. She has been working with my son using primitive reflex integration, and the progress we have seen has been incredible. When we started, my son, who is on the autism spectrum, struggled to sit in class, had difficulty holding a pencil, and found it challenging to follow instructions. Today, he is able to sit through his school day with the help of sensory breaks, actively participate in sessions, write independently, and even copy from the blackboard. His understanding and cognitive skills have improved significantly—he now follows one-step instructions and is beginning to manage two-step instructions as well. He can read simple sentences and, most importantly, is able to communicate his needs more clearly and confidently. His core strength and motor skills have also improved remarkably—he is now able to ride a bicycle independently and even skate, which is a huge milestone for us. Beyond her professional expertise, what truly sets Dr. Nageena apart is the hope and reassurance she provides. Through both her medical knowledge and personal experience, she gave me the confidence that my son would progress and learn to manage independently. As a mother, that reassurance means everything. Dr. Armando is great and very professional. I appreciate his approach and the care he provided during my visit. However, I would like to share some concerns regarding the Nurse Station. They were aware that there was a patient waiting, but they were busy chitchatting on the phone (not work-related), and it took around 5 minutes before they returned my sticker. Additionally, I received a call hours after my visit informing me that I should have waited for the swab result before collecting my medicine. I explained that no one informed me that I needed to wait, but it felt like I was being blamed for leaving, even though there was no clear instruction given. This was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Regarding the nurses in Room 21, they seemed new and a bit inexperienced, as they had difficulty performing the injection and had to inject me twice because the first attempt was unsuccessful, which was quite painful. However, they were polite, kind, and accommodating throughout the process, which I appreciate. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in communication and efficiency at the Nurse Station and in ensuring proper patient guidance and support.

Patients feedback dated 22-March-2026 1. No relief in the pain after 8 days with the DESCONTRAN TAB neither the gel Troximetacin – Are the suggested prescribed medicine really effective? 2. No feedback from clinic in the physiotherapy. – Should have at least inform if the approval is received or otherwise. 3. Dr. was asking where is pain instead of touching and diagnosis of the arm? What a doctor I doubt if he is really professional! TOO BAD rather Worst experience.

We started with professional teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. Then i had composite bonding on my front teeth to fix small gaps and uneven edges. The results were so natural and beautifully done. To complete my smile makeover, Dr Sarah also replaced an old filling and did a dental crown to strengthen one of my back teeth. The male receptionist who assisted me during my visit was kinda rude, i visited the facility with ereferral from a gatekeeper. He is insisting that i should visit a GP from their facility prior to specialist doctor to their facility, I tried to explain to him that i have a referral from a GP and i don’t need a GP since there is a referral already from a gatekeeper but still he keeps on insisting a GP to me he even raised my voice to me.
