I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Mohammed Arshad Ali for the outstanding care and expertise he provided throughout my surgery and recovery. From the pre-operative assessment to the post-operative period, Dr. Arshad was professional, reassuring, and highly attentive to my comfort and safety. He took the time to explain the anesthesia plan clearly and addressed all my concerns with patience and confidence. One aspect that particularly impressed me was his excellent pain management strategy using epidural analgesia. Following a major thoracic surgery, I experienced remarkably good pain control during my hospital stay, which greatly contributed to my comfort, breathing exercises, mobility, and overall recovery. The anesthesia and perioperative care were delivered with exceptional skill, and I felt safe and well looked after throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful to Dr. Mohammed Arshad Ali for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to patient care. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring anesthesia services, especially for complex thoracic procedures. I am writing this feedback regarding my recent experience at Prime Medical, Arabian Center branch. On Friday night, I developed a painful lump on the right side of my breast with a rash. I saw Dr. Maysa, who prescribed Augmentin and arranged an ultrasound. After no improvement over the weekend, the ultrasound confirmed an infection. On Monday, I consulted the surgeon, Dr. Radhia, who advised that Augmentin was not suitable. She prescribed Cefutil and Metrolag. My insurance did not cover Cefutil due to the prior Augmentin prescription, so I had to pay out of pocket. Dr. Radhia mentioned that ideally, the gynecologist should have referred me directly to her, as the lump was within her field of expertise. What could have been resolved over the weekend led to my situation worsening. I had to take DHA medical leave on Tuesday and Wednesday to rest and was unable to teach. This resulted in unnecessary costs, wasted time, and added stress. I hope this feedback helps improve future care and communication.

I visited the clinic for a facial skin concern and unfortunately found the consultation experience disappointing. During most of the consultation, the doctor appeared focused on entering details into the computer rather than properly examining or interacting with me. The actual physical examination with a torch/light was only done briefly at the end, after a diagnosis had already been communicated. Additionally, I was asked to collect medicines from the nurse/sister, and only then informed that blood tests (CBC and sugar test) would be required. This was never discussed or explained during the consultation itself, which made the process feel unclear and poorly communicated. I understand documentation is important, but I would have appreciated more attentive examination, clearer communication, and better patient interaction throughout the visit.

I went to prime medical hospital for my ingrown nail infection on thursday around 2:59 am so on that day i just have a normal checkup by general surgeon after my checkup Gp told me that ill have a small surgical procedure so he told me to go to the reception for the further procedures instruction so i went to the reception after that the lady told me that ill have to do my small surgery nd she gave me the oppointment for monday 8:40 pm so today when i go back to the hospital they said i need to come again on thursday because its a visiting doctor nd also my insurance is not yet approved by our company side so please guide ur nurses to instruct the customers with a right information thnk you.

Very unprofessional. X ray query from insurance wasn’t responded to. It was told that nurse will call and inform me once approval is received. No call was given neither I was informed. I came on the next day to check. The Nurse wasn’t available. Another nurse informed me that the Dr. didn’t respond to insurance query yet. This is so unprofessional and no respect for patients time. Very bad experience. I pay higher coinsurance here on Prime and still I get such pathetic service. Total waste of time.
