I visited Prime Medical Center at Oasis Mall for an ENT consultation. I was informed the night before by customer service that the consultation fee would be AED 250, and this was also confirmed at the reception. However, I was surprised to see a separate charge for an ear swab when it was time to pay. At no point before or during the consultation was I informed that this procedure would incur an additional cost. Additionally, the doctor mentioned that everything appeared normal prior to doing the swab, which makes it unclear why the procedure was even necessary. No explanation was given about the purpose of the swab, what it was for, or when I could expect any results, if there are results at all. I believe patients should be clearly informed in advance about any extra charges and the medical reasons for any additional procedures. I would appreciate it if you could review this case and clarify why the ear swab was performed and charged without prior notice or any follow up information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had no problem with Dr. Nermeen and her nurse but there was one particular nurse in the same reception area that was very rude. I was talking to her and she would not look at me and answer me. Complelety ignored me and was rude. I informed her supervisor and her supervisor called her so we can address the problem and she continued to be disrepectful and completely missed the issue of her being rude. She was even glaring at me while talking to me and talkingover her superior as well as when In was explaining. She needs to be trained again how nurses should conduct themselves. Out of all the nurses I have encountered at Prime in different branches, I have NEVER encountered anyone as rude and as disrepectful as this nurse. I could not see her name clearly as it was a bit long and the name tags were small.

I had an excellent experience under the care of Dr. Mohamed Rafique and his nurse, Soumya Poulose. Dr. Rafique is not only highly knowledgeable but also very compassionate and thorough in his approach. He takes time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. A special mention to Nurse Soumya Poulose — she is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Her friendly nature and gentle care make every visit smooth and comfortable. Complete fail. I had only one objective, being able to read my laptop screen. I still cant. I cant work, cant write, cant do emails. The staff were fantastic, the prescription totally wrong. I paid a huge sum of money for some amazing lenses which give me crystal clear distance vision but I cant read my laptop no matter which way I tip my head or how close or far the screen. Any my right eye aches, when I take the glasses off it feels like Ive been punched in the eye. Ive waited for a couple of weeks to see if I would get used to it and adjust to the lenses but this is still impossible and distressing.

Pharmacy at Prime Medical Center (Rahmaniya Branch) Mr. Vishnu at the pharmacy was unprofessional in handling customers. When I approached him, my number was already displayed on the screen, yet he told me to wait without checking it. His tone and manner were impolite. He also asked me to go to the cashier, even though I had already completed the payment, and my receipt was stamped and clear. When I asked him whether he had checked the stamp, his response was simply, “No.” I suggest that he receive proper training in customer service and communication skills.
