Dr. M. S. Kumar is Prime Medical Center’s Consultant Endocrinologist & Diabetologist with a long, impressive international career.  Dr. Kumar was trained in Endocrinology & Diabetes at one of the premier institutes of India i.e. Seth GS Medical College & King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He worked as a Lecturer there for 1 yr before moving to UAE in 2005. He went for advanced training in Endocrinology at Diabetes & Metabolic Bone Clinic at the University of Basel, Switzerland & the Diabetes–Endocrinology Centre of Western New York.  He was awarded - Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology in 2010 in Boston, USA. He got his specialty certification in Endocrinology & Diabetes from the Royal College of Physicians, London in 2012. He is an active member of the American Diabetes Association, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, European Society of Endocrinology, International Diabetes Federation & other national and international organizations. 

He has spent seven years in one of the major Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, as the Specialist Endocrinologist & Diabetologist & established the first Endocrine department in RAK. He was the pioneer in starting the Endocrine & Diabetes based CME programs at RAK  in association with AKMG & RAK Medical & Health Sciences University. He has presented scientific papers in various International conferences and has been a guest speaker & chairmen in various CME programs all over the UAE.
