1. Called for appointment and found no free slots. Came 30min ago for walk in and be the 1st walk in patient. 2. Receiption kept me waited for 20more min to get registered. 3. After registration I had to wait 2hours to meet doctor. So a 3 hours of wait time I had to experi7just to spend 5 min with doctor. I have been Prime hospital's patient since 2012. Never faced such horrible experience and mismanagement. Even the nurses are not coordiap and has communication issue.

I'm deeply dissatisfied with the doctor’s lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude during my appointment. Not only he did fail to listen to my concerns, but they also abruptly asked me to leave without offering any assistance. This disregard for patient care is unacceptable and has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Also his insensitive remark, suggesting that my case is less important compared to others. Every patient deserves to feel valued and respected, regardless of the complexity of their case. This dismissive attitude only adds to the distress of seeking medical help. Upon arriving at the doctor's office, I was promptly asked to leave without being given an opportunity to explain my case. Despite my insistence and the considerable distance I traveled to reach the clinic, which was the nearest open facility at the early hour, the doctor remained steadfast in his decision. I was not afforded even a minute to convey my concerns before being asked to leave. This treatment was undeniably disrespectful. I feel that my time and resources were squandered, and my voice was not heard. My sole purpose for seeking medical attention was to obtain pain killers and a sick leave. That is it. But I wasn’t even able to say a sentence. I find the doctor's demeanor and actions to be highly unprofessional. As a result, I am now seeking assistance elsewhere, where I hope to receive the care and attention I rightfully deserve. I trust that this feedback will be given due consideration.

I have a really bad experience in following up with the insurance and even the insurance coordinator in the center applied wrong department with wrong diagnostic. This led to lose time and even no one is following and luckily I checked it with my insurance. Moreover, no one is updating me regarding the approval plus once I got an approval for one MRI, no one contacted me and I had to call several times till I got the appointment.
