Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any further clarification or support. Issue: Currently, two separate tokens are required — one for the appointment and another for the payment. Even after taking a prior appointment, we are again asked to take a token upon visiting the center. I believe this process can be simplified — ideally by using a single token for all related transactions. Additionally, an e-token system could be introduced to make the process more efficient and sustainable — no paper required! After the consultation, another token needs to be taken near the cash counter, which seems unnecessary. The system should instead reuse the initial token and call the same number for payment on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis.

We saw Dr Ahmed Hassn who gave me and my family great confidence in the chances of cure and he then performed a keyhole surgery and removed my whole stomach (total gastrectomy). I’m eating normally now and apparently cured from the stomach cancer. As a family we have the utmost respect, trust and faith in the advice, skills and guidance received from Dr Ahmed Hassn and hold him in the highest esteem.
