I want to start by saying that my experience with Dr. Ameer Ali was absolutely perfect. He is an excellent doctor, highly professional, and provided top-tier care. If I were rating him alone, it would easily be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was highly disappointing. After arriving, I took my queue stub and sat down. Missed seeing my number change on the screen for a brief moment, but my husband noticed it and told me to head over. When I approached the desk and greeted the receptionist with a "hello," the lady working there pointed aggressively at the monitor and told me to just look at the screen. I politely apologized, but instead of being professional, she chose to look at her colleague, and they began smiling and laughing at my expense. When I directly asked her, "Where is your customer service?", she completely ignored me. As a patient, I felt deeply offended and disrespected by the front-desk staff. Frontline medical receptionists should welcome patients with empathy and professionalism, not mock them. While Dr. Ameer Ali is wonderful, management seriously needs to address the behavior and customer service training of their reception team. I visited today morning around 1100 / 18 May 2026

I am a regular visitor at Prime but my experience today was deeply disappointing. I booked the appointment via the app and it showed that the doctor had many slots free. I booked an appointment at 3pm. When I arrived at 3, everything for fine until I had to meet the doctor. I had to wait for 50mins because there was no system followed and patients were walking in and out of the doctors office without an appointment. I waited patiently and when I met the doctor, I expressed my concern. Instead of apologising, she got defensive and said that Opthalmology is like that and I need to be prepared to wait. She also mentioned that my appointment time was 10mins and she spent more than 10mins with me so I can't question her. The nurses are brilliant but the attitude of the doctor was deeply disgusting and very rude. She is not an ER doctor to handle emergencies. She needs to honor appointments. And when a patient is expressing a concern, she can't get defensive and speak in a tone that upsets me. I would never visit Dr. Diljit again Sylvia

I have been seeing doctor Lina as my gynecologist for two years now, and the experience has been wonderful from start to finish. During this time, she has performed several exams and tests for me, including mammograms, cytology tests (Pap smears), routine check-ups, and menstrual cycle monitoring. Everything has gone perfectly. The best part of all has been being able to communicate with her in my native language, Spanish. This has made every visit so much more comfortable and reassuring. I truly appreciate her personalized care, her thorough follow-up on my case, and the clear, timely explanations she always provides. I have recommended her to all my friends and continue to do so.
