At the hospital, staff was very helpful and very caring. They were treating every patient with utmost care and specifically, cleanliness was exemplary. But only one thing disqqturbed me. In my forms, I clearly mentioned about my diet as 'vegetarian'. But after the procedure finished, they gave me something to eat and that was tea, cookies and 'chicken sandwiche'. Because I could saw the something not right in the sandwich, I complained. Then the nurse exchanged it and gave me a veg. salad sandwich. What if I couldn't see what was in there or if the patient is not in complete sense or if it was given to a child patient. So, at the hospital, as they take a very good care of everything, they should give equal care to the dietary requirement also.

Firstly the triage was a bit hectic (due to all the bums in seats) pun intended). However, the gentle , kind and experienced pre was wonderful and reassuring. The theatre nurse was so slick with an easy manner that comes only with experience . Speaking with the amethyst was really helpful and having that same man from 5 yrs prior gave me further confidence . Dr Roussos was the icing on the cake ! He had been caught in traffic and was running late. This did not interrupt his communication and the time he took to explain more of the procedure . All the staff both medical and non medical were fabulous…… All adult! You are in good hands at this hospital.
