I consider myself extremely privileged to be a patient of Dr Eisman over several years! For both my skin and hair issues, her professional knowledge, manner and warmth are always reassuring, each and every consultation. I never leave her rooms with any questions unanswered, or treatments fully clarified. Such explanations are thorough, always clearly laying out more than one option for treatment, never haste or need for a decision on my part, full explanations of possible cautions to be aware of and both long and short-term benefits. There is never pressure regarding the time taken in her consultations, and I'm extremely grateful for her ongoing care and advice, for both skin and hair. I am always aware that the information imparted is of a cutting edge and widely researched nature, absolutely. Her swift and astute diagnosis of a second BCC issue led to immediate resolution by (plastic surgeon) Mr Miklos Pohl, hence my sincere gratitude to Dr Eisman when it was resolved so promptly. My skin type will require lifelong vigilance and regular checks; therefore, it's so reassuring to take that ongoing journey with Dr Eisman and her calm lovely manner!
