Dr William Kyle Mitchell is an accomplished Consultant General Surgeon specialising in general and upper gastrointestinal surgery. With expertise spanning minimally invasive surgical techniques and complex digestive tract conditions, he is dedicated to delivering exemplary, patient-centred care. Dr Mitchell obtained his medical degree from the University of Cambridge in 2004 before completing extensive surgical training across Leicester, Nottingham, and Glasgow. He further broadened his clinical and academic knowledge through dedicated stomach cancer research at the University of Toronto. In 2014, he earned a PhD from the University of Nottingham for his research into clinical nutrition and muscle wasting, and in 2015, he attained Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS).
