Dr Tomasz Michal Lukaszewski

Dr Tomasz Michal Lukaszewski is a dedicated Consultant Gynaecologist and Consultant in Reproductive Medicine who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals and couples navigating fertility journeys and gynaecological health matters. Known for his empathetic and pragmatic approach, he ensures that every patient feels listened to, fully informed, and supported throughout every stage of their care.

His clinical practice spans a broad range of reproductive healthcare services, with a focus on delivering personalised treatment strategies tailored to individual needs. Dr Lukaszewski possesses specialist expertise in complex in vitro fertilisation, fertility preservation through egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, and pre-implantation genetic testing. He has a particular clinical interest in supporting patients with complex fertility histories, including reduced ovarian reserve, recurrent treatment failure, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and chronic pelvic pain. Furthermore, he provides inclusive care for diverse family-building pathways, including donor gametes, donor embryos, surrogacy, and shared motherhood.

Dr Lukaszewski completed his Medical Degree and a doctorate degree in Foetal Medicine at Poznan University of Medical Sciences, where he also underwent his specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. He further advanced his knowledge through a post-doctoral research programme in women's health at the University of Minnesota, alongside advanced clinical fellowships in Reproductive Medicine, Minimal Access Surgery, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology at leading university teaching institutions.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Lukaszewski remains deeply committed to research and medical education in the field of reproductive health.
