Mr Seyed Mostofi

Mr Seyed Behrooz Mostofi is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon whose specialist interests cover arthroscopic surgery, forefoot surgery, rheumatoid arthritis and heel pain / achilles problems.

Mr Mostofi graduated from Bangalore University in 1994, completing his orthopaedic training in Manipal in 1997. He then undertook further specialist orthopaedic training in the UK, on the South East Thames Region, obtaining his FRCS (Tr & Orth) in 2005 and undertaking a clinical fellowship at Harvard University. In 2008, he was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

Mr Mostofi also conducts research, publishing extensively in this field having authored seven textbooks, some of which have been translated into Polish, Portuguese and Chinese. He continues his commitment outside his clinical work by remaining involved in the training of future surgeons, teaching nationally and internationally.
