Dr Bhargava was kind and compassionate whilst reasurring myself and my son.
Lovely doctor. Very reassuring manner. Clear explanations & communication through the consultation. Thank you
Good and friendly doctor, help my daughter to get rid of a stone was inside her ear.
I was impressed before even entering the room by the detailed questionnaires. It took me very long to make this appointment and once I managed it was cancelled twice so it is understandable I wanted to fully make use of the time given to express all my worries and questions regarding my child’s condition. I was given enough time and reassurance that the appropriate investigations would be done and all my questions were answered. Excellent service!
The treatment today received during my son’s ENT appointment was absolutely outstanding from the moment we walked through the door. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, the speech and language therapist that performed the hearing test was brilliant in getting my son to engage and the consultant was patient, informative and kind.
Very understanding, listened to everything I had to say, made sure I understood everything. Glad I took the jump and moved to Sheffield.
I have seen many progressional regarding my child’s concerns and I haven’t felt heard and understood. Dr bhargava was really supportive and actively listened. Thank you so much.
It was a excellent conversation and my concerns were heard and a clear plan was put forward for my daughters care
