I will always be extremely grateful to Mr Gupta for the wonderful and excellent care, kindness and support he provided to my daughter to overcome narrowing upper airways. When I was uncertain and worried about my child health Mr Gupta gave me reassurance, hope and confidence. Hi patience and compassion towards my daughter and my family and make sure that we felt safe and comfortable can not be expressed in words. I will never forget Mr Gupta’s dedication and support that we received from him and his team. Thank you for everything you have done from the bottom of our hearts. I feel incredibly blessed and fortunate to have had a such dedicated and caring doctor looking after my daughter. She said “if I had to do it again with anyone then it rather be Mr Gupta”
Excellent care and a truly thorough approach After being referred back to Sheffield Children’s Hospital for a second opinion regarding my daughter’s tongue tie, we were seen by Mr Gupta, and I couldn’t have been happier with the care we received. From the moment we met him, it was clear that he had taken the time to thoroughly review and understand our daughter’s history and our previous experiences before we even walked into the appointment. This made us feel listened to and reassured that we were not having to explain everything from the beginning again. Mr Gupta took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns and answered our questions honestly and without making us feel rushed. He explained all of our options clearly, including the potential pros and cons of each, allowing us to make an informed decision about what was best for our daughter. What particularly stood out to us was how comprehensive his approach was. He didn’t just discuss the procedure itself; he also talked us through aftercare and what follow-up would be available if it was needed. This gave us a much clearer understanding of the whole process and made us feel confident that our daughter would be properly supported beyond the appointment itself. After what had been a frustrating experience previously, Mr Gupta restored our confidence in the care we were receiving. He was knowledgeable, thorough, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely listened to us as parents. We are extremely grateful for the time and care he gave us and would highly recommend him to any family looking for an ENT ...
Read moreMy son Was under a different consultant and had been Put down for A tongue reduction This is a very serious operation which had me petrified for my son we was moved over to Mr Gupta Due to the other consultant being on long-term sick I explained and expressed very clearly my concerns with this surgery Mr Gupta listened to everything I had to say He understood all my concerns and could see that it was really bothering me Mr Gupta said we would do An endoscopy Where he put a camera down to see where the actual problem was He also agreed that the tongue reduction wasn't necessary Which was a huge relief for myself So we did the endoscopy And Mr Gupta had found That my son Needed his tonsils adenoids And the back of his tongue lasering down They had to be lasered because my son has a cleft pallet repair and removing them could possibly split the cleft repair. My son had severe sleep apnoea To the point he was waking up breathless And struggling to catch his breath we went ahead with the laser surgery this reduced my son's severe sleep apnoea to mild sleep apnoea very quickly which again is a huge relief. Mr Gupta Has always listened to my concerns and acted appropriately. He always has my son's best interest at heart and this is very clear to see We have been referred to another consultant due to Other problems my son's having with his ear If we was to be referred Back to somebody a Mr Guptas level I would hope it would be Mr Gupta because I know he takes everything serious and he listens to parents and doesn't just assume because he's the consultant he knows best He's also ve...
Read moreMy recent visit would potentially be the last with ENT. Which on a positive note is amazing and would mean that my daughters docotor has helped her massivley. We were waiting to be seen and the timekeeping was accuratley amazing.Especially to fit us in on such a busy schedule . The visit was proffessional throughout with repour to lighten the times when my baby has been really poorley. Our Last visit was respectful ,honest and our ENT consultant was so loverly with our girl. She was safe and happy playing , which means our consultant made our baby feel comftable in not such nice situations during the visit. She was babbling clapping and overall happy. It was a nice visit to be given great news that our daughter is free from her problem. Which goes to show how special these consultants really are at helping children. However sad to see the ENT speciallists go because thats how they made us feel ,welcome and also seen and for sure heard with our girl. They have done everything they can to help our girl and our last visit was the accomplishment of that.I believe it was a breakthrough for them aswell as us thier patient ;because they really do care ,which shined through at our last consultation for our baby being well. In Our recent visit everyone was so friendly and put me and my 11 month old at ease .It can be nerve racking and everyone knew how to speak in a non-passive manner. They didn’t hesitate if we asked a question either, you could tell they had planned before to make sure they had the answers for our family. Which is such a relief to instantly hear a answer of your ...
Read moreWe had a very good experience at clinic today, I felt my concerns were listened to and reviewed carefully. Mr Gupta clearly explained the findings and what follow up was needed. He was also very kind with my daughter and spoke to her gently.
Here’s a polished version that keeps the warmth and sincerity of your message while making it flow naturally: Dear Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for our child and our family. From the very first time we met you over a year ago, you treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. You always listened to our concerns, took them seriously, and made us feel heard and supported. When our child was struggling to breathe, your expertise, quick action, and dedication saved his life. There are simply no words that can fully express our gratitude for what you have done. What has meant just as much to us is that your care did not end there. You have continued to follow him closely, ensuring that he keeps improving, addressing every concern we have raised, and providing truly patient-centred care every step of the way. Your compassion, professionalism, and commitment have given us reassurance during one of the most difficult times in our lives. You are an exceptional doctor, and the NHS should be incredibly proud to have someone as dedicated, skilled, and caring as you. Your kindness has made a lasting difference to our family, and we will always be grateful for everything you have done. Thank you, Dr. Gupta. We will never forget your care, your compassion, and the life you saved. With our deepest gratitude and appreciation.
One of the best consultants we have seen!! Friendly, helpful & down to earth. Everything was explained so clearly about my son's condition & Mr Gupta finally solved the issue & stopped the nosebleeds! A great professional - thank you....
Good consultant, the visit was good and quick. We were able to achieve what we came for. However, the waiting times need to be improved upon. It took us more than an hour before we could see the doctor.
Really thorough with our baby and had a lovely aura . Answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and made us feel at ease. Looked after our baby well while he was in his care and didn’t let us home until me his dad and himself were all happy. Made a nasty procedure much more bareable
Excellent patient care, combining compassion and expertise.
