The person on the second floor reception went above and beyond. They made my son feel welcome and chatted with him about his pokemon cards. He visibly relaxed and began to open up when he had been worried for 2 days prior. I feel they went above and beyond and I am grateful.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the hospital and all the staff involved in my care before, during and after my meniscus surgery. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable, reassured and well looked after. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, kind and approachable, and took the time to explain what was happening and answer any questions I had. The whole process was extremely well organised, and I felt that I was in safe and capable hands throughout my treatment. I am very grateful to the surgical team, nurses and everyone else involved in my care for their hard work, compassion and professionalism. Thank you for making what could have been a worrying experience feel positive and reassuring. I would highly recommend the hospital and the fantastic team who cared for me.
