From my first consultation with Mr Ohly where he explained the process with my hip replacement and answered any questions I had I had no hesitation going ahead with the operation.I was walking straight after the op with the help of sticks and after a few weeks any prior hip pain had completely gone.I would highly recommend Mr Ohly,he is excellent in his field.

We gave careful consideration and research in choosing the right surgeon from a long list to replace my hip, and Mr Allen certainly ticked all the right boxes of our requirements. Our initial consultation confirmed that we had indeed made the correct decision. Mr Allen has a very down to earth, friendly, yet professional manner, listening to what I had to say, before addressing any questions, then explaining in a straightforward way the process of the operation. My surgery went according to plan and compared to previous joint replacements by other surgeons, I had minimal bruising and little discomfort. I was out of hospital two days later walking with just the aid of a stick. Within four weeks I was able to walk five miles, again with just the aid of a walking stick should I have required it for reassurance and my wound had healed well. Mr Allen’s post operative care was exemplary and I certainly have no hesitation in recommending him if you require surgery.

As I reach the first anniversary of acquiring my new knee I appreciate Ms Scott's professionalism throughout including the pre and post op meetings, also her care pre and post op during the time in hospital. She explained clearly everything that was going to happen and was quick to respond to any queries I had during my recovery at home. Should I need a new procedure I would be happy to avail myself of her services again.

Dr Singisetti has been incredibly attentive to my mother. His visit to talk to her explaining procedure before the operation was very important. She was feeling very nervous and his calm and reassuring attitude has put her mind at ease. Mr Singisetti also kept an eye on her after completion of the operation. My mum was pleased to see him once she regained her conscience and I was really grateful for his effort to come out of theatre and to inform us about success of the operation.
