Mr Tailor was always kind and compassionate specially when answering questions, so I felt informed and assured at every step. On the day my surgery was taking place Mr Tailor arrived with a big smile and took his time to explain the procedure, its purpose and potential risks in simple and understandable terms. Fertility issues have been a big concern for me and a delicate subject, it only took the initial consultation for him to notice this; to my surprise he suggested performing a dye test which shows not only his attention to detail but also his caring nature and his ability to make a customized care plan taking in consideration both my physical wellbeing and my mental well-being. For this I will be ever so grateful, I could not have chosen a better surgeon!

She was punctual and immediately put me at ease during the consultation. Her explanations were crystal clear, and she took the time to ensure I understood everything.
