I did a lot of research in 2023 before I chose the right surgeon to help treat my severe endometriosis and fibroids and I am pleased to say I made the best decision. Thanks to the reviews on this website in addition to recommendations from the founder of the Endometriosis Foundation, I went ahead and booked with Mr Khazali. Throughout my consultations and whilst going through my history Mr Khazali listened and gave me the space to talk. His approach was a two surgery process (3 months apart), first one being the myomectomy to remove the fibroids and the second being the robotic endometriosis excision. Both were successful and I have recovered well from both. My monthly cycles are still yet to settle into a normal routine but I am pain free during my periods now, for the first time in my life (I'm 41). I have not taken any strong painkillers, just the occasional paracetamol. From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Emma, Tamasine (Mr K's secrataries) through to the Lister Hospital nurses and the stays, everything was as smooth as it could be. Leandri (the aftercare nurse after being discharged) is a superstar and is the most kindest and knowledgeable nurse there is. Thank you for looking after me during a very vulnerable time and I hope this review helps others make their decisions to choose you!

Mr Tespov & his team are exceptional . The process from my first consultation to my 6 week post surgery check up has been seamless . I had a very complex surgery but Mr Tespov communicates in a manor which is both Professional and knowledgable . All my questions or concerns during recovery were addressed promptly and I felt listened to and reassured . For the first time in my adult life I am pain free and looking forward to life without the burden of Endometriosis. For such a complex and long 6 hour surgery I have very little scaring because of the robotic techniques used by Mr Tespov and recovery has gone very well .

Mr Mittal is highly skilled consultant and also very knowledgeable/respectful and very professional. He explained to me my procedure in detailed well in advance and answered all my concerns thoroughly. The procedure I had was quite complex but Mr Mittal managed to do this laparoscopically as he is highly skilled in laparoscopic surgeries. After my surgery Mr Mittal checked upon me daily to see if I had any concerns and he was happy to address them.I am someone who is very anxious when it comes to having any procedure but I felt very reassured before having the procedure as I knew all the details which Mr Mittal explained to me prior to my surgery. I would say Mr Mittal is best consultant I have ever came across as he is very professional and knowledgeable and also very respectful. My surgery was successful without any issues and that was all because of Mr Mittal’s great skills.

I was very lucky to have been treated by Dr. karoshi. He has this very calm and warm demeanor, which was very welcomed by someone like me who's usually a little nervous. He is very patient, the same question he'd explain to me again and again till I understood completely. He was very thorough, unlike my previous experience, he took the time to thoroughly investigate my situation, came up with the best surgery option, one ensured that there was least physical intrusion, quicker recovery, and best long term post op health care.
