Dr Patel puts me at ease, gives me all the information I need and has already made a huge difference to my heart function by changing my medication. He has settled my mind regarding my future. I appreciate that he speaks to me on the level, in a language I can understand; he explains things to me In such an accessible way. And I'm grateful for this and I feel secure in the knowledge that if I need help, I will be well looked after - only a phone call away. Dr Patel has given me peace of mind... Thank you Dr Patel!

Tristan made our son comfortable and at ease straight away, he was very thorough and explained everything to us during the examination. He answered questions both from ourselves and our son so we fully understood. He took his time with us and nothing felt rushed. We came away very happy and satisfied with all the help he provided.
