Meeting with Dr Petal, I'm beyond happy that my heart health is in safe hands. Dr Patel puts me at ease, gives me all the information I need and has already made a huge difference to my heart function by changing my medication. He has settled my mind regarding my future. I appreciate that he speaks to me on the level, in a language I can understand; he explains things to me In such an accessible way. And I'm grateful for this and I feel secure in the knowledge that if I need help, I will be well looked after - only a phone call away. Dr Patel has given me peace of mind... Thank you Dr Patel!

Lovely amiable manner

Excellent experience - for both of us parents and our daughter with learning difficulties. Quite a skill to get things across in those circumstances and so well handled.
