The doctor was very professional and thorough throughout my appointment. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put me at ease. He was on time, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I felt confident that I was in safe hands, and his reassuring manner made the whole experience much less stressful. He also answered any questions that I had.
Medication review and general update on how I am feeling after diagnosis, dr Patel has been outstanding from moment one, extremely supportive and has given me th best possible care.
Dr Patel, From the moment I met him he was nothing short of brilliant. Highly empathetic, professional, understand and accommodating in our consultations prior to surgery. My options for surgery were all clearly explained to me all with their respective pros and cons, and allowed me the time to decide up until the day of the procedure and not on the spot. When I had follow up questions he invited me for a second consultation and once again throughly explained everything in great detail that I could clearly understand. I was nervous in the run up to my procedure but on the day, once again Dr Patel reassured me and ensured the procedure was a success and ran smoothly. I cannot credit him highly enough, a truly great person and doctor. Thank you.

Dr Patel was so kind and professional. He explained everything really clearly and followed up in writing in double quick time. This means I can move forward quickly and safely with a treatment pathway for a separate, but related, health condition. I’m very happy to recommend Dr Patel and his lovely team.
