Dr Patel is very honest, upfront and a man of his word. I count my blessings to have come across him. These qualities, particularly honesty, accountability and genuine concern for patients, are not always easy to find in healthcare today. He is very helpful, polite and welcoming, and he has gone out of his way to facilitate and iron out any complex medical process, ensuring smooth patient care. He really cares about his patients' needs and he made me feel that I am not just a number. What I particularly appreciate is that Dr Patel takes personal responsibility for ensuring things are followed through properly. Unlike experiences where patients are left chasing appointments, dealing with administrative obstacles or wondering who is taking responsibility, he makes sure matters are dealt with. That level of personal attention and follow-through makes a real difference, especially when dealing with medical concerns. It is rare to find a doctor and secretary who work so closely together and take such personal interest in making the entire process straightforward for the patient. Very knowledgeable and friendly

Saw Dr Patel in clinic and he was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. He was late for my appointment but as i can imagine he sees a lot of people. He explained everything and listened to me when i was talking
