Immediately put me at my ease with his calm, gentle manner. Gave me time to answer his questions fully without rushing. Listened acutely and recorded comprehensively. Perfect bedside manner for a nervous patient, I felt apprehensive before the appointment but left feeling relaxed and content in the knowledge that an experienced doctor knew exactly my challenges and had begun to map a way forward with sympathy and support throughout. First consulted with Lorraine before my radical prostatectomy to get an idea of what my outlook was. She was incredibly helpful and provided great info on penile rehab via Zoom. I then saw her a few months after the op on how to administer injections.

Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions.
