I have worked with Greg for several months now, and the improvement I have made is truly significant. Through CBT therapy, I have regained my confidence and reduced my anxiety and depression considerably. Most importantly, I have been able to make real, lasting changes in my life after years of trying and failing to do so: building new connections and developing a healthier approach to work and relationships. Greg is deeply compassionate, highly intelligent, and consistently thoughtful in his approach. He creates a safe, supportive space and truly listens and understands, which made all the difference in my growth. I am incredibly grateful for his guidance and support.
I have been working with Greg for 18 months approximately now, and I have been incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to him. He has been an immense support during a time of personal stress for me - and has been consistent in his ability to offer simple, practical solutions and advice. I have found his temperament and demeanour to be perfect for his role. I would highly recommend Greg to any of my friends or family.
Greg was kind, patient and caring. He helped me to significantly improve my mental state and wellbeing, and did so with empathy and sensitivity. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
Greg is a genuinely compassionate therapist who allows lots of space for self reflection. His calming manner has been hugely reassuring for both me and my 9 year old daughter, providing a safe and reflective space to highlight some of the negative behavioural areas we had been struggling with as a family. Realistic and achievable goals were set which helped us to soften some of the heightened emotions we had been experiencing from our daughter at home and, allowing us to deal with things in a much more constructive way. The interventions were timely for us and have seen a really marked impact from our sessions.
I got very valuable help, which I really needed. I highly recommend him. He offers great support in a friendly way. He honestly cares and that comes across.
I was extremely cautious starting grief counselling, but even in a short period it has given me exceptional insight and support. Greg is personable, insightful, respectful and professional whilst having a great sense of humour which is really appreciated during delicate and difficult conversations. I would highly recommend Greg.
Greg is an excellent psychotherapist with an empathetic and holistic approach to all his patients. I am very happy to endorse him.
