Dr. Emily Hale is a Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the field of child mental health for 10 years. She completed her clinical training at the University of Exeter and has experience working in both the NHS and private mental health services.

Dr. Hale understands that seeking help from a mental health professional can be a stressful experience for both the young person and their family. She provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

In her work, Dr. Hale collaborates with young people and their families, using evidence-based approaches to reduce psychological distress and improve their quality of life. She has expertise in assessing conditions related to brain development, learning difficulties, and various mental health issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem problems, phobias, ARFID (Avoidant and Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder).
