Held Health

This was all remote - like I said before the communication was shocking but the service with Dr. Crabb was good.

We chose Held Health based on the short wait time. In this respect, we were satisfied, as we were seen for an Autism assessment roughly in line with advertised waiting times. Communication regarding appointments was clear and the staff were pleasant. The report was comprehensive and arrived in a good timeframe. However, what has really disappointed us is the poor general communication and the great difficulty we have had in getting any response to emails or phone calls. We now have the Autism report, but we requested some amendments to the report, most notably that our daughter's name be spelt correctly (half the report refers to her as Ella, and half as Ellie). I emailed with this request almost 3 weeks ago, and apart from an automated receipt, I am still waiting for a response. We cannot share the report with our daughter or school etc with such obvious errors. I believe that the number of emails and enquiries that Held Health receives could be significantly reduced if they simply introduced a system of notifying parents/carers when they are 'assessment ready'. The Autism Facebook groups show that many anxious parents/carers are contacting Held Health repeatedly via phone and email to try and get this reassurance, but get no response. This was also my own experience, despite patiently waiting for the 12 weeks quoted prior to contacting them. This poor area of service has completely overshadowed our experience with Held Health, and I believe needs immediate attention.

We have just received an autism and adhd diagnosis through held health via right to choose. Every member of staff we have spoken to have been professional, friendly and informative asking if we have any questions along the way. Overall great service all around.

I would highly recommend held health to anyone wanting an RTC referral for ASD or ADHD.. The whole process has been quick and hassle free. All personnel have been friendly and professional in all aspects of the assessment.

It's been amazing from the start to the end. I couldn't fault them at all. They have been fantastic with both of my boys. I just wish they did ADHD assessments for 6 year olds. Clare was fantastic so welcoming and friendly and supportive. Thank you all so much.

The psychologist Ms Kaykay Chung and Dr Moorhead were fantastic. They assessed my daughter on the RTC pathway for autism. Ms Chung took a detailed history and also provided high quality feedback. Dr Moorehead put my daughter at ease and conducted a thorough assessments. The report was swiftly written and comprehensive. Thank you.

The Held office staff are quick to respond and always helpful.

We have been very pleased with Held Health. The administrators are professional and we made further bookings following Dr Crabbs initial assessment.

Overall, there was quick response from them and they efficiently forwarded our concerns to Dr Crabbe. It made our experience more secure and comforting in these trying times.
