I did a lot of research before choosing Dr Awad. From my first initial consultation he made me feel at ease, he took his time to explain the procedure and answered all of my questions. I never went to see another surgeon as I knew I wanted Dr Awad. On the day of my operation I was so nervous about the procedure my blood pressure went really high however, when I had my pre op consultation with Dr Awad I felt immediately in safe hands and I relaxed. I am absolutely delighted with my breast lift and augmentation. Dr Awad is an amazingly talented surgeon and I can’t thank him enough.

From the first consultation Mr Basu was kind, patient and understanding answering questing clear and concisely. Contact prior to the surgery was very good with Mr Basu phoning 48 hrs before to answer any further questions. On the day of surgery he was promo and efficient instilling trust. Mr Basu saw me the morning after surgery offering reassurance and understanding. I am very pleased with the overall experience and outcome of my elective surgery and would recommend Mr Basu.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

I'm absolutely delighted with the results from my surgery. it was painless and very professional. Perfect result.
