Mr Syed, is a brilliant surgeon but also very patient, kind and took time to chat to me when I was feeling low. He made me very comfortable and listened to my worries.

Mr Fayad was courteous , professional and friendly.

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Dr Spencer was excellent from start to finish. He made me feel at ease and explained everything along the way. The operation was a success - septoplasty. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. I wanted a subtle rhinoplasty and he really delivered. The results are perfect and in keeping with my face but still make a big difference.

Mr Nav was straight to the point - asked about the original problem, current symptoms, any medication/s which has been prescribed since the symptoms began. Then explained what the procedure would involve. Performed the procedure quickly and pain free (slight discomfort but it was a scope of sinuses), showed and explained his findings and off I went.

Mr Patel has taken care of my extremely problematic ear for many years now, he has carefully rebuilt my eardrum and had to perform a further 2 operations - stapes being the central concern. He is a marvellous surgeon, I feel completely confident in his care and frankly lucky to have him looking after me and my ear. He has played a pivotal role in saving my hearing, improving my enjoyment of life, my confidence, and my general sense of wellbeing.
