It was a great delight to see Mr Spencer. His reception was gracious and I received a very high level of treatment. Mr Spencer has a professional approach to his work with clear explanation as to what the issue is, and what he is going to do. He answered all my questions in an excellent manner, and he is such a real angel. He is such a humble (in a positive sense) man with great respect for his patients. Thank you and stay blessed, Mr Spenser

Thank you for being thorough, and ensuring Teddy is fine and doesnt need further ENT input despite us actually having been discharged by your service and this appointment being seemingly sent in error. Teddy said "thank you doctor".
You’re welcome to you both! Teddy is a great patient!
