On September 24, I visited Prime Medical Center several times, especially to see Dr. Vishal. My story and my whole experience at Prime Medical has been the best I have ever had in my life. I was truly surprised that Dr. Vishal is still the same as before. He is very friendly, humble, and extremely good at what he does. He carefully diagnosed my issue with my ears. I was really amazed by his expertise and kindness. When he removed the wax from my ears, I felt so much relief. His work was done smoothly and without any pain. I also want to mention the nurse who assisted me. She was very active, quick, and professional. In just two minutes, she had already finished checking my vital signs. She really amazed me with her efficiency. I believe she is Filipino, and I want to say thank you for her kindness. She always kept a smile while assisting me. Thank you so much, Dr. Vishal Prasad, and your assistant nurse Cris, for giving me such an excellent experience.

After I started my therapy sessions with Kalpana, she was there with me through the most difficult phase of my life, when you really bad zone & you just need help, no matter how busy she gets, she makes time, can you imagine she has stayed with me on until I finish my food because I wasn’t even able to eat!! It was more over a best friend who is helping me figure out things. I was uncomfortable with this consultancy. I didn't know the doctor is a male. When I was there this morning, I told the doctor there is a lump on my left side of the chest. The doctor asked his nurse to come in and check. The nurse asked me to lift up my clothes, I did it. However, just after a while, the doctor came over to me and press my chest without notifying me in advance. I feel I was sexually harassed. The doctor showed no respect to a female patient. I felt so bad about what I was treated this morning. The doctor owed me an apology. And I requested to change my appointment under radiology next Wednesday.

We had an appointment with my kid today and had to some lab and xray. All the staffs from the reception, nurses, assistants, lab technician and in radiology department are so welcoming. Even the cleaners are always smiling. Great to come knowing that the ambience is so light and smooth because of all the staffs. Specially our most favorite Dr. Abdullah Konbous, always smiling and approachable.
