Dr Babar Chaudhri is a Consultant Cardiac, Thoracic and Transplant Surgeon and an Associate Professor of Surgery. He studied medicine at the University of Cambridge, before extensive training in cardiac and thoracic surgery at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London and in Scotland. He also trained in heart failure, heart and lung transplanatation, mechanical circulatory support and complex aortic surgery during fellowships in Harefield and Freeman Hospitals in the UK and MHH, Hannover, Germany.
Dr. Babar Chaudhri is an expert in complex coronary, aortic, mitral and minimally invasive cardiac surgery having performed in excess of 5500 adult cardiac surgical operations and 800 major thoracic operations.
In 2016 he was recognised for his work and voted India's Best Cardiac Surgeon.

I was treated by Dr. Babar for lungs issues which required a complicated surgery. I can confirm from my experience with Dr. Chaudhri that he is one of the best if not the best in the field in the UAE.

We can't thank the doctor enough for the way he carried out the operation even when we as a family were hesitant at first and had delayed the operation. Considering he had operations back to back, he has done a tremendous job and has done a routine check up on him.

Dr. Babar Chaudhri helped us out in every way possible. We had trouble with our financial situation and he personally talked to the hospital to help us find options. Dr Babar Bashir is amazing doctor, from the first meeting of him I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. He diagnosed Bilateral VATS + Pleurectomy + Bullectomy. Before the operation doctor describe very single step on how everything will be performed, this gives you an understanding of what gonna happen and it’s very important to me as a person who doesn’t know much about it Operation was successfully performed and I was meeting doctor every day with every single comment on how I’m doing! Doctor that I can trust and who always care his patients, if you think should go there with him for an operation - the answer is definitely yes

At 51, I was fit, active and leading a healthy lifestyle when a seemingly minor incident led to the diagnosis of severe heart failure caused by Mitral Valve Regurgitation (3 leaky valves to be precise) which required an immediate Open heart surgery.
