My recent sessions with Dr. Samar have been incredibly helpful for my overall wellbeing and day-to-day life. I feel better supported and more equipped to manage things, and I’m very grateful for her guidance and care.

My experience was quite good. I have never actually been to EMDR before or even heard of the name, but Dr. Summer was very kind with her explanation and patience with me. It was a great help that she had actually been through the same experience so it was nice sitting across somebody and realizing that it wasn’t her story was not second handed one. The experience of EMDR itself can be quite daunting before you’ve tried it but once you do, you realize it’s actually quite simple and it’s all about letting go.

Dr. Samar was really supportive and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I really appreciate the way she explains things clearly and gets straight to the point, but always with gentleness and positivity. She is supportive while also being direct, which I feel is a really good combination and exactly what I needed. The clinic was also very professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I’m very grateful for the care and support I’ve received from Dr Samar. What stands out most is the time she takes to really understand what is going on, rather than just focusing on individual symptoms. She looks at the bigger picture, listens carefully, and approaches every conversation with genuine care and attention. There have been many times when I’ve arrived at a session feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsettled, and left with a completely different perspective and a much greater sense of calm. The progress I’ve made over the past few months has been significant, and for the first time in more than twenty years, I can genuinely say that I feel inner peace, even while knowing there are still challenges ahead. I would highly recommend Dr Samar to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who takes the time to understand you as a person and is genuinely invested in helping you move forward.

I’ve been seeing Dr Samar regularly for a few months and my experience has been excellent thus far. Within a couple of sessions she was successfully able to diagnose my symptoms and advise on the best treatment forward. I have been doing Neurofeedback now twice a week for a couple of months and it has brought about noticeable change in my daily routine.

I attended a group webinar with Dr Samar which was about Emotional Regulation. It was a great webinar where I learned different ways to regulated my heightened emotions whether they occur when I am at work, home or anywhere else. It was great to see other people share their experiences and best practices and to be able to see and connect with other people who are facing similar issues and looking solutions.
