I was disappointed with my consultation experience. While I understand that it is important for a surgeon to explain the risks and recovery process, the consultation was delivered in a way that felt unnecessarily negative and lacking empathy. The doctor focused heavily on the worst-case outcomes, emphasizing how I would have significant bruising around my eye "as if someone had punched me" and that recovery would take about a month. Although these may be legitimate medical considerations, the manner in which they were communicated made me feel anxious and uncomfortable rather than informed and reassured. I also found the doctor's overall attitude and communication style to be unprofessional. There was very little effort to explain the procedure in a balanced or reassuring way or to answer my concerns with empathy. A consultation should help a patient make an informed decision while also building confidence and trust. Unfortunately, I left feeling discouraged and decided not to proceed with the surgery because I was no longer comfortable with the doctor. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving communication, professionalism, and mannerism would greatly enhance the patient experience.

As always the doctor was very nice and friendly. I feel better now! So thankful for him. And the nurse was also kind and helpful.
An excellent visit with Dr Mohammad. A consultation regarding a painful small physical problem. Then, only an hour later, a short surgical procedure. Dr Mohammad explained and described in detail what he was planning to do. Fully recommended, an excellent experience all round. His nursing and auxiliary staff were also excellent.
He has been treating me since more than one month ago. He is exceptional. He was in charge of my surgeries and the care and treatment have been fantastic. 5 stars for his nurses from Al Barsha and Burjuman clinics, who are extremely kind and helpful everytime they need to assist.
