When it came time for delivery, Dr. Shalini was incredibly supportive, calm and confident, which gave me the strength I needed in my high risk pregnancy. Her presence brought me so much comfort in such an emotional moment. Even after birth, she continued to guide me through postpartum recovery, breastfeeding challenges and emotional ups and downs with the same kindness and dedication. The way she balances professionalism with genuine empathy really stood out to me. Me and my family truly appreciate her dedication and compassionate care. I would highly recommend Dr. Shalini to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, approachable, caring and trustworthy gynecologist.

Everytime we book an appointment and visit the clinic, the initial registration at reception waiting time is much more than even sitting and waiting @ Dr, all put together. This thing needs to get addressed. Its really painful to just spend 15-20 mins just for registration while we already taken appointment with app. Total 5 counters but most of the time 3 or 4 functional. Looks like if I have an appointment for 6PM I need to arrive at clinic before 5:30, which is ??? If you really take feedback and improve this is the first thing to be addressed and I am sure all will be happy.

Very poor , will never visit again , parents with new born require enough attention and care . My baby cried non stop the hospital didn't even provide any pain management medication instead waited for me to get the medication from pharmacy and the system got problem and the pharmacy despite seeing my frustration didn't offer to call the doctor to check the medication name I had to go to the nurse to ask for the name , the nurse after that gave the medication while my baby was still crying so bad which cause my little one to chock so bad it was terrifying moment .
