Moving to Dubai with my husband and finding out I was pregnant within weeks was overwhelming—especially since I had no idea which doctor to choose. I decided to visit Dr. Lobna at Prime Nad Al Hamar, based on her excellent reviews, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From my very first appointment, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely understanding. She always took the time to answer every one of my questions with patience and care, which meant a lot to me, especially given my history of two miscarriages at 11 weeks. Naturally, I was anxious from the moment we discovered I was pregnant again. My first trimester was particularly challenging, as I began experiencing bleeding. Dr. Lobna handled the situation calmly and expertly, doing everything necessary to control the bleeding and prevent another miscarriage. Her reassurance and medical guidance during that period made all the difference. I actually looked forward to each routine check-up because of how comfortable and supported she made me feel. On top of that, she was always available on WhatsApp to answer my concerns—even the small things—without ever making me feel like a burden. I’m incredibly grateful to say that I went on to have a healthy pregnancy and a safe delivery. Today, I’m holding my little miracle in my arms, and I know that Dr. Lobna played a big part in making that possible. I can’t recommend Dr. Lobna enough to anyone looking for an OB. She is truly exceptional.

I’ve visited Dr. Ibtisam twice now, and both experiences have been exceptional. My first case involved a mole that raised concerns about possible lymphatic cancer. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Ibtisam was thorough, clear, and genuinely reassuring. She guided me from the initial assessment to the final conclusion that it was benign, providing both expertise and peace of mind. On my second visit, I came in with another growing mole. With her sharp eye and straightforward approach, she immediately identified it as benign, sparing me unnecessary tests and stress. She gave us reassurance and peace of mind. A very knowledgeable and confident doctor in her specialty. She also assisted me with a persistent dandruff issue, offering practical and effective solutions. Dr. Ibtisam is direct, skilled, and deeply competent—qualities that inspire trust and confidence. She is also very presentable and consistently maintains a clean, professional appearance, which adds to the comfort and confidence she gives her patients. I’m grateful to have found a dermatologist who provides such exceptional care. Highly recommended.

I am very happy to see Dr.Arun again and every other visit to him is amazing. I have a complaint for the nurse who did ECG examination on me. I didn't find her professional and she lack experience. She was re-applying the sticker/electrodes again and again on my chest. She did this quite a lot of times and changed many stickers with new ones. I found her struggling hard and I believe she needs more training. I admit the fact that I have excess hair on my chest but it was same me who got examined for ECG test in June without any issues by some professional nurse. Because of her inexperience, the report generated was not correct and I landed into panic situation which is not good for the ones who has no knowledge about medical field. I am software techie and has no such knowledge. I humbly request the management to train the nurses and ask them to speak frankly. We could have repeated the test after me shaving the spots where stickers needed to be applied. This could be dealt professionally. I repeat again, I have no concern with Dr. Arun and he is an expert in his profession. Thanks!

All good. Just please establish a process of patient preference. My preference is not to be called, but WhatsApp or e-mail. In Dubai, it is extremely busy and overwhelming with calls, creating noise, distraction, and interruption to our daily lives or tasks on hand. As a medical centre who also encourages patient's mental health, please enable such option, as many of us would value this than picking up a phone call and lose precious time just to hear a reminder of our appointment. Not every requires this and is disorganised. A WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail would have fit this for many others who prefers this option like me. Thank you.

This is one of worst branches i visited for prime center from the staff service to the waiting time and place it self i did not feel like i was in the prime i am used to and even the dr herself her attitude was bad and she did not do anything for me at all yet they still charged me and i tried explaining for them that i did not any service why did they still charge me and also they kept making wait for a long time and took my weight and a lot of info that was needed for my dental appointment and i felt like i was not in uae for this service im very disappointed in prime for this overall experience

At the time of registration, patients are asked to provide their ID at the reception. However, the current process often results in IDs being left behind. For sick patients, there is a high chance they may forget to collect it, which can cause unnecessary stress when they realize days later that their ID is missing. Unless they recall that the clinic staff kept it during their visit, they must arrange another day to come back and collect it—an especially difficult situation for those who do not live nearby. This procedure needs to be improved to avoid such inconvenience.

Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse and even I asked then to pay instead of insurance but still they refuse , I had to leave the pharmacy without buying the medication after 25min

Doctor were using her mobile and talking calls while my visit that is totally unprofessional when I went to cashier he did not take the blood test fees I went to the room 30 they asked did you go to cashier I said yes and he stamped ur stickers she called the cashier and told me there are calling u I asked why she replied I don't know while she knows that it the cashier mistake to make me rooming all over the clinic while am fasting I will not visit ur clinic again I need my blood test only and will check with another clinic
