A very knowledgeable and confident doctor in her specialty. She also assisted me with a persistent dandruff issue, offering practical and effective solutions. Dr. Ibtisam is direct, skilled, and deeply competent—qualities that inspire trust and confidence. She is also very presentable and consistently maintains a clean, professional appearance, which adds to the comfort and confidence she gives her patients. My birth experience was amazing, it was very smooth and the team was highly professional. dr. Selima came in very calm and collected, she knew how to run her team, and explain to me what was expected. She is also very caring, and attentive to what I was feeling. The delivery was quick and smooth and very well guided .. I was super aware of what was happening, and was able to enjoy holding my son for the first time. I would 10000% recommend anyone pregnant to go with Dr.Selima this is my second time giving birth and my experience was a million times better, so happy to know you can actually enjoy the process. I had a telehealth consultation with Prime Healthcare yesterday morning, and I truly appreciate how helpful and efficient the doctor and staff were. The consultation went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. However, I’m quite disappointed that my prescribed eye drops still haven’t been delivered as of this Saturday morning. This is already the second time I’ve had issues with medication delivery, and it’s really frustrating because I was expecting to receive it shortly after the consultation. I hope this concern can be addressed soon, as timely delivery of prescribed medicines is very important for patients.

This is one of worst branches i visited for prime center from the staff service to the waiting time and place it self i did not feel like i was in the prime i am used to and even the dr herself her attitude was bad and she did not do anything for me at all yet they still charged me and i tried explaining for them that i did not any service why did they still charge me and also they kept making wait for a long time and took my weight and a lot of info that was needed for my dental appointment and i felt like i was not in uae for this service im very disappointed in prime for this overall experience

Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse and even I asked then to pay instead of insurance but still they refuse , I had to leave the pharmacy without buying the medication after 25min

The Dr did not pay attention to my needs, in 1 min she got to know my symptoms and gave me the Panadol as a solution, not to understand what is wrong. When asked for extra tests, influenza, she asked me why I need one to be done, that I didn’t need and maybe I have a severe headache because I’m on the phone all night and not sleeping (don’t know how she reached this conclusion). Also the way she was presenting herself, the way she was dressed; by far I would have said she was a Doctor in a clinic
