Zoe has been amazing helping with my hip pain I've had for over a year. Feel much more confident in keeping myself safe from injury and getting back to running
On my first visit Zoe quickly identified that my pain was caused by a torn ligament in my left knee. She explained clearly what this meant and showed me a number of daily exercises to strengthen my knees and alleviate the pain. By my final visit I was able to walk freely again without pain and I was given a revised plan to continue with specific regular exercises alongside regular walks and cycling.
Great experience. Zoe was very knowledgeable and helped ease symptoms of sore Achilles in a friendly & helpful manner. Came away feeling so much better and feeling much more positive.
Zoe was very understanding of my concerns about full recovery and put my mind at ease.
Zoe is a knowledgeable approachable practitioner. Zoe evidenced understanding of negative impact of injury from a solution based approach. Zoe follows up with me on email to remind me of exercises and happy to offer explanation when I don’t fully understand anything. All aims are based on a pathway to recovery. Zoe has a positive approach but evidences empathy with a solution for me. Much appreciated Zoe’s experience and treatment.
