Victoria Withers

Victoria Withers is a Consultant Physiotherapist at The Medical in Cheltenham. She began her career in the NHS in Wales, where she developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy while working with sports teams including Cardiff Blues, Cardiff University Rugby Club, and the England Juniors lacrosse teams. In 2017, she relocated to London and worked at King’s College Hospital while also entering private practice.

Her NHS experience included trauma and orthopaedics, intensive care, liver wards, haematology, and musculoskeletal outpatients, where she specialised. She also worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons in the Virtual Fracture Clinic, further developing her expertise in managing acute injuries. Victoria combines her skills in manual therapy, massage, trigger point release, and exercise prescription to provide comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation.

Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-operative care, sports injuries, and general rehabilitation.
