Hi, I’m Noah, a dedicated physiotherapist at Bodytonic Clinic, passionate about helping people recover, rehabilitate, and achieve their full potential. My journey into physiotherapy wasn’t the traditional route, but it’s been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.
Originally, I studied mathematics at the University of Exeter, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. After a couple of years in an office job, I realised that a desk job wasn’t the right fit for me. I wanted a career where I could make a personal, direct impact on people’s lives. That’s when I discovered physiotherapy, a perfect blend of my desire to work with people and my passion for promoting health and well-being.
I began my physiotherapy journey as an assistant, which gave me invaluable hands-on experience and confirmed that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. I then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, where I gained extensive experience through various clinical placements, including paediatric intensive care and working with sports teams. The diversity of these experiences helped me develop a well-rounded skill set and a deeper understanding of patient care.
As a qualified physiotherapist, I love seeing my patients progress. Whether it's guiding someone through post-surgical recovery, helping athletes return to their sport, or managing chronic pain, I’m passionate about helping people regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is working collaboratively with patients to create personalised treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals.
Outside of physiotherapy, I’m an avid sports enthusiast. I’ve played rugby since my school days and continue to play for a team in Ealing. Alongside rugby, I’ve completed marathons, triathlons, and even a 24-hour relay run, pushing my physical and mental limits. These experiences have taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of goal-setting—values I bring into my physiotherapy practice.
When I’m not working or training, I love to travel and explore new places. My adventures have taken me to Vietnam, Indonesia, and Uganda, where I even gave a Father of the Bride speech at a wedding for someone I had just met. These experiences have shaped who I am and how I approach my work, reinforcing my belief that staying active and maintaining a positive mindset is key to a healthy, fulfilling life.

I was able to recover from a long persisting groin injury with Noah. He made a really good program for me, that progressed targeted exercises to recover and strengthen the injured muscle but also other connected ones. I stuck to the program and after pretty much exactly how long he told me when we first met, I was able to go back to my target of playing basketball again. I could not recommend Noah highly enough, great guy and a great physio!
Noah was excellent, helped me get my hip feeling back to normal and was very clear and helpful in all of his explanations!
Noah is an excellent physio who is empathetic and kind. Always went above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a better physio. Great guy.
I have had a good overall experience at the clinic, and Noah was very caring and professional. If there is one thing that I would improve is to have a better structure for the sessions. Given that 30 mins is a limited time, maybe if can be optimised by spending a bit less time in the consultation part and spending more time trying several exercises to test and to actually measure the progress week after week.
I had a great experience with Noah who helped me recover from persistent shoulder, forearm, and lat pain. He provided the right set of exercises, explained everything clearly, and continuously adapted the routine based on how my body responded. The acupuncture sessions were especially effective and made a noticeable difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive physio!

I've seen Noah twice now and have been really impressed with his temperament and knowledge. Having played a lot of football my whole life, having a painful knee injury is not ideal- particularly when it was unclear where the pain came from and how it would be triggered. Noah did lots of work to figure out what was going on and gave me a diagnosis and treatment course which seems to be working very well. What was particularly impressive was his follow-up after our 1st session, where he emailed me asking how I was and if I'd been managing to complete my exercises!
