Dr Trishul Kothari

Dr Trishul Kothari is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert medical care to infants, children, and young people. Specialising in general paediatrics, he is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate clinical care that supports the health and wellbeing of young patients. Dr Kothari manages a wide spectrum of acute and chronic childhood illnesses, offering reassurance and guidance to families throughout every step of their child's healthcare journey.

Dr Kothari completed his primary medical qualification before undertaking specialist postgraduate training in paediatrics. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) and maintains full registration with the General Medical Council. Alongside his clinical work, he actively contributes to medical education as an Educational Supervisor and Training Programme Director, helping to mentor and guide future paediatric specialists.

With broad clinical expertise across acute and general paediatrics, Dr Kothari has particular clinical interests in paediatric intensive care outcomes, child respiratory management, and the clinical care of complex paediatric conditions. His involvement in clinical research includes investigating mortality trends in long-stay paediatric intensive care admissions, as well as management strategies for challenging paediatric respiratory and airway cases. Dr Kothari takes a collaborative, patient-centred approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and parents to ensure optimal care for every child.
