Mr Paul Andrew Lear

Mr Paul Andrew Lear is a highly distinguished Consultant General Surgeon who specialises in vascular and transplant surgery. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to clinical excellence and patient-centred care, holding prominent leadership roles such as Medical Director and Divisional Director of Surgery. Mr Lear is widely recognised for his expertise in complex surgical procedures and his commitment to improving healthcare standards. In his clinical practice, Mr Lear focuses on a broad range of general, vascular, and renal transplant procedures.
