I met Mr Naji early January 2026 - i had shared with him that i had a large protruding bulge in the lower left hand-side of my abdomen. I had first noticed this in October 2025 - but decided to monitor it over several months. I had experienced serious pains during my most recent cycle, lower back pain and wanted to gain some clarity on what was causing the protrusion and pain. Mr Naji did a brief physical examination and was able to determine that i had a large fibroid which was considerably large. He attempted to do a scan, but due to the size of the fibroids he immediately requested an emergency MRI scan days later to understand the full scope of what was going on and rule out any potential issues with other organs (e.g Kidney). A few days later i had a full scan and Mr Naji was able to determine that i had several fibroids and one that was considerably large (17cm). We had several discussions, reviewed test results together and discussed the most appropriate options for me. Mr Naji was very honest and upfront about his concerns - he shared this in the most professional and considerate manner. He was transparent every step of the way, and i felt very much included in all of the decision making. Mr Naji suggested the Robotic myomectomy as i was the perfect candidate for this procedure, he also ran additional tests to ensure i was fit and provide me additional time to think and research about the procedure before going ahead. I had an amazing experience throughout my consultation with Mr Naji, from the first appointment to the pre-op preparations for the robotic cystectomy to the post-op recovery period - everything went smoothly and Mr Naji has been very approachable and professional in explaining everything and quelling all fears and anxieties throughout the entire process. During my initial appointment with Mr Naji I was already informed with a date planned for my procedure which meant I could be able to undergo treatment without much wait that further helped alleviate any stress or concerns I had about my dermoid cyst condition. Mr Naji also accepted my request to undertake a fallopian tube dye test while going under and was very encouraging towards our future plans to conceive and has strived to preserve healthy ovarian tissues during the procedure to support this. The level of care I had received at the Princess Grace Hospital was also above expectations and Mr Naji's secretary Louise is also extremely helpful and readily accessible to answer any queries every step of the way.

I came to Mr Naji with knowledge I had a large dermoid ovarian cyst (10cm) which required surgical removal. I had already had consultations with both the NHS and another private consultant before seeking out Mr Naji as a second (private) opinion. From my very first consultation with Mr Naji, I knew I wanted him to perform my surgery. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and clearly experienced in the management of ovarian cysts. His balanced and measured approach to discussing my treatment options and potential risks, while remaining reassuring and approachable, gave me complete confidence that I was receiving sound and trusted medical advice. I underwent a robotic cystectomy to remove my ovarian cyst, along with a hysteroscopy to remove a uterine polyp that had been identified during my pre-operative ultrasound scan. The surgery was a complete success, and my recovery was remarkably smooth, with only minimal pain and discomfort during the first week after the operation. Now, six weeks post-operatively, I can reflect on my entire experience with immense gratitude. Mr Naji’s expertise, professionalism and exceptional bedside manner made a significant difference throughout my treatment journey. I felt informed, supported and reassured at every stage. I could not have asked for a better experience. I had been struggling with fibroids, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Having had an oophorectomy and surgical menopause 6 years before, I was very dependent on HRT to feel well, but was increasingly having problems with bleeding. Mr Naji was very kind and reassuring from the very first visit. Having explored various other options, we reached the decision that a hysterectomy was necessary. I had a laparoscopic robotic hysterectomy at the Princess Grace hospital 4 weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Mr Naji is incredibly skilled; my pain and scarring was minimal and my recovery has been much quicker than I imagined. My pain was always very manageable, even immediately after the operation and I was pain free within a few days. This less invasive surgery has enabled me to get back on my feet really quickly and I am now feeling great and looking forward to a new chapter of wellbeing! All the staff both at the Rylon clinic and at the Princess Grace hospital were so kind and attentive. The hospital was fantastic with a comfortable room and bathroom, delicious and nutritious food and attentive staff. Grateful thanks also to Louise Bruce who is incredibly helpful and efficient. I had a robotic myomectomy performed by Mr Naji. From our first meeting I was put at ease by his detailed explanations and extensive knowledge, his confidence and optimism and his sense of humour. It has made what could have been a scary and stressful surgery a lot easier.
