I had a surgery with Dr Naji. The procedure was done in the most professional way. Dr Naji was also really patient and made sure to explain everything carefully. I was happy that doctor supported all my decisions regarding my treatment and was always there after the procedure to help me with many questions and concerns.

I have to admit that in general I am an anxious pacient but Mr. Naji and his team were really kind and welcoming. I felt safe and in good hands. I had a lot of questions but Mr. Naji kept reassuring me so my visit at the clinic was very satisfying. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak too highly of the team at Rylon Clinic and am so grateful for the excellent treatment received. It involved a consultation and the insertion of a pessary to counteract a prolapsed bladder/uterus. From the initial contact with the consultant's executive assistant, through to the actual appointment I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone, including the assistant staff members who were on hand to deal with the procedure and any potential scans. Mr Osama Naji MD MRCOG (Consultant Gynaecologist) inspired confidence from the first firm handshake and his careful explanation of the procedure to my husband and me. He showed no haste in what was the last appointment of an long day (which started with surgery). On the contrary, he took his time to answer our questions, clarify misunderstandings and give reassurance. Subsequently, what should have been a straightforward procedure by an assistant professional, required Mr Naji's intervention as the prolapse turned out to be more advanced than anticipated. At no point was I fearful or in pain, and any discomfort was bearable and short-lived. Within 15 minutes of the fitting I had complied with the necessary tests, involving walking around the premises and using the bathroom, and was able to travel home on public transport with my husband with only the slightest sensation of something different. After a night's sleep I felt like a new person and resumed my daily walks and other activities by the third day. (Obviously, I have to observe all the cautions given and not overdo things.) There was no 'sales talk' or attempt to coerce me to accept the scan which I had decided I did not need, and the cost of my treatment was lower than elsewhere because Mr Naji combined the consultation and pessary fitting in one appointment! My over-riding perception of Nr Naji is of a person of integrity with a sincere desire to help his patients regardless of class or social standing. I am so grateful that my random Internet search (plus divine inspiration?) led me to this clinic.

Mr Naji was very respectful of the fact that I came to him as a self funded patient. I sought his help after my symptoms worsened and a long wait for surgery on the NHS ahead. He spoke to my husband and I for far longer than the allotted time and was happy to do so. He suggested a scan and recommended the cheapest and easiest way to arrange this. This was very helpful and I was able to arrange this at my local NHS hospital. During my initial consultation he also suggested that some hormone treatment be considered and that he could contact my GP to make this available to me on the NHS. He suggested this May reduce my symptoms and help me to manage until my NHS surgery date came around. Mr Naji also said if I wished to proceed privately he could make the arrangements for my operation to happen very quickly if I wanted to proceed but again was respectful of me being self funded. I sent my MRI images and report to him and he got back to me very quickly and said he could arrange for a comparative report from a colleague but it would be money he didn’t feel I needed to spend. Through some other changes my symptoms have improved and along with Mr Naji’s support feel like I may be able to put my operation back even when I do get to the top of the list. Overall Mr Naji is very professional and personable and made me feel like he cared about my case and individual circumstances. Mr Naji’s PA Louise also offered fantastic customer service in a very timely and professional manner.

If you are reading this review, I am so happy you are because you are in the best hands. Dr Naji is a one in a million doctor, he went above and beyond to get to the bottom of excruciating lower abdominal pains I was experiencing. After seeing a number of doctors and gynaecologists in a public hospital over the course of a weekend, who insisted it was a burst cyst, one doctor at a private urgent care unit I visited that Sunday called Dr Naji to see his next availability. Dr Naji immediately reviewed my notes after being sent them and called me straight away. He went above and beyond to get me to have the necessary tests done that very same day and above and beyond to get me operated on that Sunday evening as he strongly suspected it was an ovarian torsion. I met Dr Naji just before he operated on me. He saved my ovary just in time. His care throughout the whole process is truly very moving, he is a true doctor that acts quickly, practices safely and ethically. My situation happened on a Sunday, where all services are in down time, if it wasn't for Dr Naji's care and perseverance I would have lost one ovary. I am so grateful and thankful to him. I cannot highlight enough how much I recommend Dr Osama Naji!
