Mr Osama Naji is consistently kind, professional, and reassuring with patients. He provides clear explanations for various gynaecological procedures, enabling informed decisions on treatments such as robotic hysterectomy, robotic myomectomy, hysteroscopy, and addressing fibroids and ovarian cysts. Patients experience minimal pain, quick recovery, and small scars from these minimally invasive techniques, often commending Mr Naji’s outstanding skill and his team's support, particularly from Practice Manager Louise and Nurse Rochelle. The overall feedback highlights Mr Naji's expertise in gynaecology, fibroids, and robotic hysterectomy.
I had a robotic myomectomy performed by Mr Naji. From our first meeting I was put at ease by his detailed explanations and extensive knowledge, his confidence and optimism and his sense of humour. It has made what could have been a scary and stressful surgery a lot easier.
I am so grateful to HCA, Rylon Clinic, and especially to Mr. Naji for his expertise and superior skill and service. Mr. Naji thoroughly talked through the entire process with me and truly put me at ease during an extremely stressful period in my life. I was confident I was in good hands every step of the way. I'm especially grateful for the opportunity to have received a robotic laparoscopic surgery. This made all the difference in my recovery time and overall well being and health. This option made it much easier to schedule this surgery because I was able to take less time off of work and it allowed me to return earlier than I originally thought.
I recently underwent a robotic total hysterectomy performed Dr Osama Naji and I had a very positive experience. From the initial consultation through surgery and follow-up care, he was professional knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took time to explain the procedure clearly, answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. I felt well cared for by both Dr Naji and his team and my treatment and recovery experience have been smooth. I am grateful for the care and support I received and would highly recommend him to anyone needing specialist gynaecological care. I also want to acknowledge the hospital staff at the Princess Grace Hospital, who were all incredibly polite caring and supportive. their kindness and attention made a real difference during my stay.
Mr Naji and his team have been amazing. Mr Naji has been extremely helpful, whilst being approachable whenever I have required assistance or have any questions. I cannot thank Mr Naji and his team enough. I had robot assisted surgery for my endometriosis and adenomyosis and this allowed me to have a smooth and short recovery time!
I was referred to Mr. Naji for treatment of fibroids and couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the first consultation, everything was explained clearly; he took the time to discuss all available options, ensuring I felt fully involved in my care plan. The surgery itself went very well, and I felt exceptionally well looked after by the entire team. What really stood out was the post-operative support. When I needed to reach out after surgery, I called the number provided and Mr. Naji returned my call promptly. He got everything organized for me, which was incredibly reassuring during my recovery. The entire process was seamless, professional, and compassionate.
Follow up consultation following Robotic Hysterectomy. Overall my experience at both Rylon clinic and Princess Grace has been excellent. I experienced no complications after the procedure and scarring is also minimal. Mr Naji has explained each step and I felt like I was able to make informed decisions about my treatment.
I initially saw Mr Naji for a second opinion having seen a doctor who had an appalling bedside manner whilst at the same time giving me a scary diagnosis. Mr Naji was immediately reassuring and compassionate and set out a very clear plan going forwards. He patiently guided me through each of the subsequent tests, scans and procedures and was incredibly kind. My case wasn’t straightforward but he helped me decide on the right course of action. I had a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy 4 weeks ago and I’m recovering really well. I’m so grateful to Mr Naji for all his support. All the nurses at the clinic are lovely and incredibly kind. I also want to give a special mention to Louise, Mr Naji’s assistant. She has always been incredibly helpful and kind and gone above and beyond to help me with a few issues with my insurance company. She’s been incredibly quick to respond to all of my queries and I’ve always felt in safe hands with her.
I don’t know where to start, right from the minute I spoke with Me Naji’s secretary Louise, I felt a sense of calm, I was aware from a scan I had elsewhere that I had 2 polyps. I’m aware most are benign but I’m quite an anxious person when it comes to medical settings. I had a telephone consultation with Mr Naji and she scheduled me for a TVS scan. I had the scan done which was in a beautiful clinic in The Shard, Mr Naji was extremely reassuring after seeing the polyps and discussed the options to have the a Hysteroscopy and then if polyps are seen he would remove them. I had been booked in for an appointment 2 weeks later. My husband and I arrived at the Clinic in Harley st. Once again a beautiful clinic, I was extremely anxious and my blood pressure was a little high, I normally get this in these environments. After it came down I was called through, I opted for a local anaesthetic as I cannot tell you I just felt so relaxed with Mr Naji and his wonderful team of 2 nurses, I think one was called Rochelle (apologies if I have recalled this incorrectly). I have to say I was more nervous about my BP being taken vs the actual procedure. During the process I felt no pain throughout the procedure only at one point a second of slight discomfort. I believe Mr Naji works like an angel and truly has the patients comfort in his interest. I was in and out within 15 mins. Mr Naji removed the 2 polyps and sent them for a biopsy. Post procedure I was advised exactly what to do, I had very slight discharge for 4 days and then came on my period and I had a follow up consultation over the...
Read moreI couldn't have been happier with the experience I had. Mr Naji was very good, pre during and post treatment. His team, all the nurses, have been amazing , very caring and very professional. Thank you everyone.
I was diagnosed with atypical hyperplasia and was given a recommended course of action but wanted a 2md opinion. I loved Mr Naji's approach: he did not prescribe a course of action but laid out the facts and gave me detailed explanations to any questions I had, which enabled me to make a decision. I had specifically researched ans selected Mr. Naji as I was looking for not only a specialist in women's health but also an eye on the future and holistic welfare. The robotic laproscopic hysterectomy I had was not only exceptionally well prepared, it also delivered what I had been led to expect - and more! I am very fit and healthy and my main desire is to get back to my sports as soon as possible. I was able to walk my dog 2 days after surgery (not long or fast) and have been able to build up almost back to my daily hike level and yoga after 2.5 weeks! Pain was very manageable with basic pain medication and after 2 weeks I am pain free. Scarring is minimal and I expect next year there will be only one very small scar visible (if that). I am recommending seeking out Mr Naji to all my friends looking at any aspect of women's health and specifically for this surgery.
Mr Naji is an excellent colleague who had incredible skills in pelvic ultrasound. He works with me at GSTT in the diagnostic gynaecology clinic and is an invaluable member of our team. Would highly recommend him to all.
