Mr Osama Naji is consistently kind, professional, and reassuring with patients. He provides clear explanations for various gynaecological procedures, enabling informed decisions on treatments such as robotic hysterectomy, robotic myomectomy, hysteroscopy, and addressing fibroids and ovarian cysts. Patients experience minimal pain, quick recovery, and small scars from these minimally invasive techniques, often commending Mr Naji’s outstanding skill and his team's support, particularly from Practice Manager Louise and Nurse Rochelle. The overall feedback highlights Mr Naji's expertise in gynaecology, fibroids, and robotic hysterectomy.
Early in 2026 I went to the NHS for an ultrasound to help diagnose persistent irregular periods and related symptoms—issues I had been battling for a long time with limited success. I was already on the Mirena coil and HRT gel, but these had only provided limited help. The scan found a large fibroid (8cm) and I was told I needed urgent review. Having undergone two caesareans and multiple other procedures in the past, I was very concerned about the prospect of another major surgery. I searched through various options and came to Mr Naji at the Rylon Clinic. I found Mr Naji's manner very reassuring. He took time to listen to my concerns and fears, explained what was happening inside my body, and outlined the available treatment options. He recommended an MRI, which came back as atypical. The prospect of malignancy was extremely worrying for me, and I really appreciated how Mr Naji explained the report and the potential options to me. After considering all options, I decided to opt for a full hysterectomy (excluding ovaries). Mr Naji explained that this would be a robotic laparoscopic procedure, even considering the fibroid's large size. He explained every detail of the robotic hysterectomy and suggested I do a little more research on his website. I found the material on his website comprehensive and easy to understand. In my follow-up appointment with him, he answered all the questions that my husband and I had with great patience. My experience of the surgery at the Princess Grace Hospital under Mr Naji's care was exceptional. The surgery was completed as he had expl...
Read moreAn Incredible Doctor Who Gave Me Back the Power to Choose I would like to share my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Osama Naji. When I first met him, I was very emotional and frightened. After speaking with my previous gynaecologist, I had been told that I should have everything removed, and I felt completely overwhelmed by the thought of such a major decision. Meeting Mr. Naji changed everything. He did not tell me what I had to do. Instead, he carefully explained the facts, the options, and the possible outcomes. He gave me the most important thing a patient can have — the power to make an informed decision about her own body and her own life. He told me, in essence: “This is your body, this is your life, and you have to choose.” Thanks to his expertise, careful approach and willingness to look at the whole situation, we found a solution that was right for me. I had only my left ovary removed, rather than undergoing the much more extensive surgery I had previously been advised to consider. He performed the operation robotically and also took biopsies from the relevant areas so that everything could be properly investigated. I have now had my follow-up, and I am incredibly grateful that I found a doctor who looked at me as a person, not just a medical case. Mr. Naji, thank you for your professionalism, knowledge, honesty, compassion and, most importantly, for giving me the confidence and freedom to make my own decision. I will always be grateful that you helped me find the right path for my body, my life and my future. I cannot recommend Mr. Osama Naji ...
Read moreDr. Naji and his entire team are exceptionally skilled and professional. They are truly the best, both in their clinical expertise and their bedside manner. I highly recommend them!
Such a positive experience under the care of Dr Naji and his team. I am so fortunate to have found him to support me through my choice to have a coil. However, my scan revealed some abnormalities and Mr Naji swiftly took me under his wing to ensure I experienced the best possible treatment and outcome. I am so grateful to him and his team for seeing me, listening and supporting me. I had a follow up appointment for hysteroscopy as an outpatient to address the concerns and I don’t think I would have trusted anyone else to do it. I felt in control, had numbing injections and although uncomfortable at brief times, I was so pleased to have undertaken this with Mr Naji and his team.
I first saw Mr Naji in March 2026 after experiencing unexplained severe menstrual pain and heavy bleeding. From my very first appointment, he listened carefully to my concerns, investigated the cause, and diagnosed me with uterine fibroids. He recommended a robotic (laparoscopic) myomectomy and took the time to explain why this approach was best for me. What stood out most was how much he cared about achieving the best possible outcome while minimising scarring and preserving my fertility. He was compassionate, reassuring, and made me feel involved in every decision. There was no pressure at all to rush into things or make a decision right away which I appreciated from him. I sought a second opinion from another consultant, but I ultimately chose to have my surgery with Mr Naji because I felt the most confident in his expertise and approach. I underwent my robotic myomectomy in June 2026, and throughout my hospital stay and recovery, Mr Naji and his entire team were exceptional. I felt genuinely well looked after, and my recovery has been smooth with excellent healing. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Mr Naji to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-centred gynaecological surgeon. Thank you to Mr Naji and his wonderful team for everything.
I had a robotic hysterectomy performed by Dr Naji due to uterine cancer. In the most vulnerable time of my life Dr Naji and his team been invaluable throughout the whole process.
Highly recommend Mr Naji for his professionalism, surgical skill and consideration of my views and concerns. I visited him for a hysteroscopy and polypectomy,
I met Mr Naji early January 2026 - i had shared with him that i had a large protruding bulge in the lower left hand-side of my abdomen. I had first noticed this in October 2025 - but decided to monitor it over several months. I had experienced serious pains during my most recent cycle, lower back pain and wanted to gain some clarity on what was causing the protrusion and pain. Mr Naji did a brief physical examination and was able to determine that i had a large fibroid which was considerably large. He attempted to do a scan, but due to the size of the fibroids he immediately requested an emergency MRI scan days later to understand the full scope of what was going on and rule out any potential issues with other organs (e.g Kidney). A few days later i had a full scan and Mr Naji was able to determine that i had several fibroids and one that was considerably large (17cm). We had several discussions, reviewed test results together and discussed the most appropriate options for me. Mr Naji was very honest and upfront about his concerns - he shared this in the most professional and considerate manner. He was transparent every step of the way, and i felt very much included in all of the decision making. Mr Naji suggested the Robotic myomectomy as i was the perfect candidate for this procedure, he also ran additional tests to ensure i was fit and provide me additional time to think and research about the procedure before going ahead. After agreeing to do the surgery - Mr Naji once again talked me through his strategy and how he intended to operate so i was clear on what to ex...
Read moreI had an amazing experience throughout my consultation with Mr Naji, from the first appointment to the pre-op preparations for the robotic cystectomy to the post-op recovery period - everything went smoothly and Mr Naji has been very approachable and professional in explaining everything and quelling all fears and anxieties throughout the entire process. During my initial appointment with Mr Naji I was already informed with a date planned for my procedure which meant I could be able to undergo treatment without much wait that further helped alleviate any stress or concerns I had about my dermoid cyst condition. Mr Naji also accepted my request to undertake a fallopian tube dye test while going under and was very encouraging towards our future plans to conceive and has strived to preserve healthy ovarian tissues during the procedure to support this. The level of care I had received at the Princess Grace Hospital was also above expectations and Mr Naji's secretary Louise is also extremely helpful and readily accessible to answer any queries every step of the way.
