Dr Muhammad Sharif

Dr Muhammad Sharif is an accomplished Consultant General Surgeon and Consultant Breast Surgeon. He specialises in the diagnosis and surgical management of both benign and malignant breast conditions, as well as a comprehensive range of general surgical procedures. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, reassuring, and individualised care, Dr Sharif ensures that patients receive clear guidance and tailored clinical management throughout their treatment journey.

Dr Sharif graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) from the University of Punjab in 1985. He subsequently completed rigorous higher surgical training, achieving Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) and specialist qualification in General Surgery, FRCS (General Surgery). To refine his clinical precision in oncoplastic techniques, he completed dedicated postgraduate training at prominent breast centres. Dr Sharif is a member of the Medical Protection Society and remains committed to maintaining the highest professional standards in surgical practice.

In his clinical practice, Dr Sharif focuses on benign and malignant breast disease, breast pain management, gallstones, and various abdominal hernias. His surgical expertise spans reconstructive and oncoplastic procedures, cosmetic breast surgery, and surgery for gynaecomastia. In addition to breast surgical care, Dr Sharif routinely performs general surgical interventions such as open hernia repair, open gallbladder removal, gastroscopy, lipoma removal, and skin lesion excision.
