All very good.Fantastic staff and care. I was irritated by the pre op phone call as questions were inappropriate for such minor surgery. I was asked about Power of attorney and not being allowed to go home immediately and that I had to pass urine before I was allowed.A nervous patient could have been overwhelmed by such questioning. Other than this I had a very successful and caring experience and all staff were so kind and professional

I underwent a Carpal Tunnel Decompression by Mr Farnell and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Prior to surgery he provided a thorough assessment and examination discussing both risks and benefits clearly. The surgery went smoothly and Mr Farnells calm and confident manner put me at ease. His professionalism, skill and communication were excellent. I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing Carpal Tunnel Decompression. My recovery has been better than I expected and I am now completely symptom free. After 6 weeks I have been able to return to my regular Yoga and Pilates sessions. Thank you Mr Farnell.

I recently had a nerve repair done by Mr. Farnell. The operation went very smoothly and I am now healing ahead of schedule. Mr. Farnell put me at ease both during and after the surgery and I feel that I have been in excellent hands throughout. I cannot find any fault with my care. Apart from that, he likes rock music so, that gives him another star! Well done Sir!

After a consultation a few years back, I asked Bupa if I could be treated by Mr Farnell this time because I found him to be highly qualified, reassuring and a consummate pro. The care he gave was first class, and I am particularly grateful to his assistant Tracey who was always on hand to respond to any administrative/logistical queries. They make an excellent team.
