Mr Dham Mobarak

Mr Mobarak is a fully accredited specialist consultant surgeon specialising in Upper Gastro-Intestinal and Laparoscopic surgery. He is a consultant in the NHS at the City and Sandwell Hospitals NHS Trust Birmingham, a consultant at the Priory private hospital, a consultant at Little Aston (Spire) and Westbourne Center. He is also an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Birmingham. He runs an Upper Gastro-intestinal and Laparoscopic surgery in the NHS practice.

Mr Mobarak specialises in advanced laparoscopic surgery, having performed over 3,000 procedures in both hernia repair and gallbladder removal with intraoperative cholangiogram. His expertise includes laparoscopic exploration of the bile duct, anti-reflux surgery, hiatus hernia repair, and complex abdominal wall reconstruction. He also performs laparoscopic appendicectomies, repairs of perforated ulcers, and bowel surgeries for obstruction or anastomosis. He conducts Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy courses in collaboration with the Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland (ALSGBI).
