Mr Robinson was very knowledgeable, genuine, and supportive, with a great manner and practical way of explaining medical terms so I could appreciate the situation fully and make appropriate decisions for my diagnosis. I have been fortunate to have been under the care of Mr Robinson and his p.a. Carla Webb on a previous occasion. As with the last experience this visit seeking Mr. Robinson’s help was equally impressive. Mr Robinson has great communication skills and was able to concisely and clearly detail the nature of my condition and what was required to remedy the problem whilst all the time demonstrating care and respect for me as a patient. On both occasions Mr Robinson needed to complete surgical procedures upon me and again I cannot speak highly enough of the pre - op time spent in ensuring my understanding of the procedures required and my general welfare immediately prior to the surgery. Immediately post - op was of equal concern to him regardless of the time of day. In between his surgical skills were clearly impressive to the extent that on both occasions I did not need pain relief beyond a few hours after each operation Behind all of this Carla , Mr Robinson’s P. A works tirelessly and efficiently in supporting both Mr Robinson and you as a patient. They are a formidable team indeed

Pleasant manner and easy to communicate with. He performed my gastroscopy, then following analysis of biopsies, fully reviewed the results and implications in a meaningful way.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care I received throughout my outpatient programme with Mr Robinson and his team. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The NHS has been nothing short of remarkable, and I did not encounter a single complaint or difficulty during my entire surgical journey. To date, I have lost over 10 stone — and counting. This surgery has transformed every aspect of my life. I feel more comfortable within myself, more capable, and more able to pursue the lifelong goals I once believed were out of reach. They turned what felt impossible into something achievable. Recently, I sprinted up the road for the first time in years. It was one of the most exhilarating moments of my life, something I could never have imagined doing during my lowest times. Before this, I felt like I had no future. My life was on hold, and I fell into a dark place that pushed away loved ones and left me feeling trapped. My weight spiralled, and I no longer recognised myself or knew how to climb out of that hole. This surgery, and the people behind it, gave me my life back. Mr Robinson is an excellent surgeon , from my first consultation to my final follow up appointment I felt safe , well cared for and his professionaliam is second to none . He explained and communicated my treatments and options at every step of my health journey and was outstanding in all areas , He is supported by an excellent secretary , Carla who responds quickly and has all the information needed at hand . I would highly recommend Mr Robinson to other parients and would not hesitate to see him again if i needed to do so.

I cannot highly recommend Mr. Robinson and his P.A. Carla Webb enough. Last July , Mr. Robinson performed a large umbilical hernia repair for me, and the care I received from the whole team at Droitwich Spa throughout the entire process - from pre-operative consultations to post-operative follow ups - was and continues to be exceptional. Mr. Robinson is thorough, immensely patient, and takes time to fully explain every aspect of the procedure and recovery. Beyond his clear professional expertise, he is extremely personable. A small measure as to his dedication occurred on the day of my surgery : despite spending a full , no doubt demanding day in the operating theatre he made a point of coming to check on me personally at 9.00pm that evening. That level of aftercare is rare and deeply appreciated. Supporting this comprehensive medical care is his P.A. Carla Webb, who is highly efficient and prompt. Again always accompanied by a most personable nature. Every enquiry was and is dealt with swiftly, and appointments were and are arranged seamlessly, making the administrative side of treatment completely stress free.
