I was very scared pre op , but soon reassured by all the team on duty . Every time I had a procedure everything was explained prior to the procedure . Every member in the team introduced themselves and their role , this helped me to understand the ethos of the hospital . Every single person was so professional , kind and caring . An exemplary team !

Honestly, the care and support was second to none. Genuinely from the moment I was in greeted with a lovely smile, to leaving with another lovely smile and walking like john wayne it was great. The theatre team were tremendous the guy taking me up was great and big football fan which helped and the lady holding my manhood goes my gym so hilariously awkward is that gonna be. The ward staff both of them were so nice, caring and attentive made the best tea and toast in the world. Really great experience, well apart from the actual experience but even that was painless apart from 2 small needles etc.
