I arrived a little earlier than my 11.30 appointment; was asked to take a seat in Waiting area 5 & soon after I was called. Was seen by Mohammed who called in Simi to be chaperone & later was seen by Mr Shalan. The whole process took around 30 mins; great! Thank you to Russell’s Hall!
I had veins removed from the inside of my leg. I was very nervous and Mr Shalan explained what was happening throughout and listened to what I wanted. The team he works with were very nice and made me feel at ease throughout.
I was really nervous but Mr shalan put me straight at ease . He was very clear about the procedure and reassuring . Very kind and considerate . The procedure went really well no pain . The nurses were lovely , very reassuring . I couldn’t have wished for a better experience .
The doctor took the time to explain everything and the nurses were great.

The whole team involved were amazing first of all the nurse who took care of us prior to surgery and post surgery was lovley asking if OK all time and offering drinks could not of asked for anymore and the surgery team was brilliant so caring and just lovley people and I'm so happy with results from my surgery
Mr Shalan was kind and very clear snd went carefully through the plan. The treatment itself was pretty quick and easier than u expected. The nurses who assisted were very kind and helpful. Thank you.
Very good service, everything was explained clearly to me throughout my procedure in a friendly and professional manner.
