Ms Mamta Trivedi

Ms. Mamta Trivedi is a highly experienced Specialist Optometrist with over 20 years of experience in Clinical Ophthalmic Optometry. Currently, she practises at Moorfields Eye Hospital, where she specialises in Glaucoma and Urgent Care clinics.

Ms. Trivedi completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours at Cardiff University, University of Wales, in 1996. Following her graduation, she underwent her professional qualifying year at the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital.

Throughout her career, Ms. Trivedi has gained extensive experience and advanced training in various aspects of optometry, particularly in refracting patients pre- and post-refractive surgery. She has exceptional proficiency in assessing patients undergoing cataract and corneal surgery, collaborating closely with leading Consultant Ophthalmologists.

As an Independent Prescriber, Ms. Trivedi holds a Professional Certificate in Glaucoma. She is currently pursuing a Masters qualification in Advanced Optometry and Ophthalmology at University College London.

Ms. Trivedi is known for her compassionate approach to patient care, prioritising the understanding of patient eye concerns and providing effective solutions to address long-term ocular issues. Her dedication and expertise make her a valuable member of the Dry Eye Centre team, where she strives to deliver exceptional eye care services.
