Connan has been taking care of my son for the past 11 years, he has aways been very professional and supportive of us in light of the uniqueness of my son's case. We are very pleased with how he helps and takes care of us.

I always found Mr. Tam welcoming and relaxing in his manner yet crystal clear in his explanations. He showed me the visual scans arising from the eye tests and gave thorough explanations always willing to answer any questions I had as fully as he could. I formed the impression that he has a strong commitment to taking on board the latest research and developments and incorporating them into his work.
I visited Burnett Hodd & Tam Optometry in May '24. I felt at ease during my visit and Dr. Tam was extremely kind and professional while checking the general health of my eyes. He didn't rush through things, and he helped me to get the right prescription and suggested a couple of contact lens options that I could try given my dry eye condition. I recommend him and the entire of Burnett Hodd & Tam Optometry.
I feel that Connan has worked with me on the treatment plan, making sure I understand what the options are and their trade offs. I have great confidence in him.
