Dry Eye Centre

I've been visiting the Dry Eye Clinic for nearly two years now, and the experience has been exceptional. Before coming here, I was really struggling to find a solution for my dry eyes, which were starting to impact my daily life. Thanks to Mamta’s expert care and the personalised treatment plan she created for me, I’ve seen a significant improvement in both my symptoms and overall quality of life. The support here is outstanding; highly recommended!

I’ve been struggling with dry eyes for over a year and honestly didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Finding the Dry Eye Centre has been such a relief! Mamta Trivedi is amazing, so knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. She took the time to explain all the treatment options and put together a plan that’s really working for me. I’ve already noticed a big improvement and finally feel hopeful again. The machinery and technology they have is out of this world, it’s incredible to see how advanced the treatments are! Jo-Anna at reception is also lovely always so welcoming, friendly, and organised. I can’t recommend the Dry Eye Centre enough. The combination of expert care, cutting-edge technology, and genuine kindness from both Mamta and Jo-Anna makes such a difference.

Dr Trivedi has been amazing, and her IPL and associated treatments have completely transformed my dry eyes, and the way in which they affect me day-to-day. Over the past year, she is so consistently kind, answers every question I have, and walks me through each treatment so reassuringly. Jo-Anna is also so helpful and considerate too. I have had such a positive experience with Dr Trivedi at the Dry Eye Centre, and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I have just come from a follow up consultation at The Dry Eye Centre. Sometimes it's hard to write a review when the service you experience is this good. If you are looking on this website and wondering whether to make an appointment, I sincerely urge you to do so. This year due to some health factors, has been very dark. When dry eye turned up to the party the light pretty much went out. People who don't suffer with this don't understand how debilitating it is, and doctors who profess to know how to treat it often don't. At least, that has been my experience until now. Today I saw Fazlin Jetha. A light in the dark. Aside from being an expert in this field, she is one of the most understanding humans you would have the fortune to meet. Today she went above and beyond to accommodate my anxieties. I was truly listened to and everything was explained to me clearly and with genuine care, I will be embarking on a course of IPL and hope to see benefit, progress with dry eye is a long process, but the treatment I have received so far has made a great deal of difference, and I feel comfortable putting my trust in this clinic. It has been a long journey to this point but I believe the destination is the correct one. If you are suffering, speak to them. The diagnostics are comprehensive, the treatments are cutting edge and the care is genuine.

Staff extremely helpful

My eyes are very less dry after the excellent treatment and advice from the Dry Eye Centre. I would recommend this friendly and efficient service to anyone who has trouble with dry eyes. I got an excellent and detailed diagnosis of the state of dryness of my eyes and was taught how to care for them more efficiently. Attending the Dry Eye Centre was a really pleasant and very helpful experience.

I’ve been coming for a few years now to keep my dry eye under control. I have seen several different Doctors and all have been very good. All very friendly, made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. They have all the top up to date equipment and I’ve seen a definite improvement in my symptoms.

Connan and his team have been incredibly helpful in treating my Dry Eye Disease. Everyone is very friendly and supportive and Connan is an expert in this field. I would advise anyone with Dry Eye problems to see him and his excellent team.

I have been seeing Minakshi Jain who for the past few months. My eye irritation and soreness have reduced noticeably which after nearly 2 years prior to coming to the Centre is an enormous relief! I like that everything is explained to me, in terms I can understand! Minakshi has a great manner, very 'human' and also very prepared to adjust treatments to my presenting symptoms trying alternatives, this has had a very positive result. Would not hesitate to recommend Minakshi or the Dry Eye Centre.
