Dr. Ikram Nasr

I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Endoscopist at Guys and St Thomas hospital, London, one of the country's well known teaching hospitals. I have an expertise in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy, and I am the service lead for nutrition. I completed my general medicine and gastroenterology training in London. I was a senior fellow at guys and st Thomas in inflammatory bowel disease. During that time I gained training and experience in inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease and advanced endoscopy.

My interests include diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, colonoscopy, single balloon enteroscopy, wireless capsule endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, and coeliac disease. I also helps patients with a wide range of gastroenterology conditions such as heart burn, gastritis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), bloating, tummy pain, diarrhoea and constipation.

I keeps up to date by attending conferences and complying with continuing professional development.
